The property was perfect. Only complaints are, i didn’t like that there weren't menus at the restaurants, you had to take your phobe everywhere to look up the menus. I wanted to be able to leave my phone in my room. The room service food was terrible and so was the coffee. I also think the dress code was a little too fancy. It could be a little more lenient. Overall, loved it.

Really liked the gym facility and in particular Zania Companera and Carolina Rios who were kind and helpful and made the workout experience pleasant. We also enjoyed the variety of food and restaurant venues (with the exception of the Indian restaurant). Also, loved the room which had a daybed beside the pool.

The property is wonderful with lots of pool space for whatever you desire. The pool with a bar for fun and socializing to the lazy river for hanging with friends to the private swim-up pool for relaxing. We had no issues finding chair and the service in the pool areas was exceptional. The staff at this resort where amazing. They were extremely attentive, friendly and made our experience truly enjoyable. The food was outstanding for an all-inclusive if you went to the sit down restaurants. We were most impressed with the French, Spanish and Steak house. Breakfast was good at the buffet, but nothing special. The only issue we had at the resort was with the concierge staff. We had 3 interactions with them and all resulted in issues. It was really no big deal with any one of the services requested, but having any issue with them on 3/3 encounters seemed less like a coincidence, and rather a lack of attentiveness or neglect on their part. That said, we still had a wonderful experience and we continue to feel that the Excellence properties in Mexico are our favorite all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean. I would highly recommend.

This hotel was beautiful for couples. However, trying to do meals as a group of 8 was difficult and we were often told we couldn’t get tables to all sit together. Even breaking into groups of 4 for some meals was not an option. It was unfortunate the staff was not more accommodating to groups.

The restaurants were wonderful. Food was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and well stocked with snacks and drink. I did not like the fact you had to use your phone to read all the menus in the restaurants. It is not conducive to a nice meal having to all get out your phones and pick what to eat. Bring back paper menus or at least laminate ones.

We loved it here! We came for our honeymoon and it was beautiful. The staff was incredibly attentive (even without tips) and the food was top notch. It was very relaxing, pool bar was the best part. This is a great adults only resort if you are looking for a quiet place. Things that we loved about it anre: our room, we had a two story roof top pool suite, excellent room! The dining options, we loved the Spice hibachi, the French, and the Grill. The beach was sandy and peaceful, lots of seaweed though which is a gift of nature…The Spa and its tranquility, we went twice, the massages were so good and relaxing. The greetings from the staff with a bubbly upon admission was very pleasant. What we didn’t like was: the pool entertainment was only aerobics, and poco loco at the beach, not so many activities going on. We could barely ever find a place at the pool, everything was always occupied. The lazy river had some spots available but no activities there, very quite place. Overall, good resort for couples. Loved the cleanliness and the staff attentiveness to needs. Thanks for having us for our annual anniversary!

Honeymoon!
We had a wonderful time at this resort. Staff was great and accommodated our needs well. We did have an issue with a leak in the ceiling but we were able to move rooms with no problems. They were very nice about the issue we had. My ONLY complaint would be resteraunt wait times were kinda long on days where only a few resteraunts were open. Not a huge deal just have to plan accordingly. All pools were cleaned daily by staff members.

Property was beautiful and staff was wonderful. The only issue we had was easy to plan for if properly disclosed. Tank tops are essentially not permitted in the restaurants. Unfortunately, my husband had brought several. Knowing this, we will simply bring more t-shirts for him next time.
