Amazing hotel, they have variety of activities to do during the day and night. The restaurants in the hotel are amazing, the all inclusive is great and the staff service is also incredible. Our stay was beyond great. We had a wonderful time. We’ll definitely be back

*Please Read-Bizzare Experience* During your stay, you'll be using the Hyatt app for everything. After you attend a dinner or activity the app will have a star rating pop up. I accidentally rated a restaurant 1 star while trying to X out of the rating. 2 days later I was at dinner and in the middle of my meal the manager and chef from that restaurant come up to my table asking why I gave 1 star two nights ago. Keep in mind all of your app ratings are private between you and the hotel. It made me extremely uncomfortable knowing that they tracked me down in the middle of dinner to ask about a rating from two days ago in the middle on the restaurant. Not only is it rude but super embarrassing on there end as well. They handled it beyond unprofessionally. Even though my rating was an accident, it was accurate. *DON'T EXPECT GREAT FOOD*. Everything was super average. I had a better meal in the airport than the hotel. Aside from that the staff were either super friendly or annoyed to assist you. The pool/beach staff were very friendly while the restaurant hosts or servers rolled their eyes. The bathroom in my room smelled like cigarettes the entire time. We weren't greeted with welcome drinks upon arrival. I purchased a Bali bed that included water, face towels, and more, and it didn't come with anything. For a new hotel, the patio by the pool is all scratched and chipped. My favorite amenity was the beach club, the service was great and the food was fine. Resort NEEDS work

The hotel and staff are amazing and it’s a brand new facility. Everything looks amazing. Our only complaint is that the gym for a new massive hotel is far too small and under equipped. One weights bench. Dumbbells only go up to 14KG The gym needs to be 4X bigger as a minimum. In today’s age people like to work out on holiday.

Excellent stay! The staff was incredible, our room, the service all of it SO good. Food is a little lackluster for the price point. Buffet was good, the dinner restaurants are what is lacking. Over all very incredible week!

The outdoor sports area could use some work and the rooftop restaurant could use some engineering to control the wind. The pools could be a bit warmer and a hot tub area would be nice. A free golf cart shuttle to the front gate would also be nice so you could choose to walk or take a bus to any shopping areas.

My husband and I visited the Hyatt Vivid Grand Island to celebrate my 50th birthday, and it was the perfect getaway from the cold New York weather. Food The food exceeded our expectations for an all-inclusive resort. There were five restaurants offering Italian, Mexican, Mediterranean, French, and Japanese cuisines. The menus were largely fixed, so we knew what to expect, and room service was also included, which came in handy when I got sick with the flu (more on that shortly). Staff The staff truly made our stay special. Orlando from the entertainment team, is a standout—so kind and engaging. When I fell ill, my husband asked Orlando to pick up some Pepto-Bismol for us, and he did without hesitation. He even checked in on me later to see how I was doing. Then there was Fesh (also known as Sofia). One afternoon, I was reading alone by the pool, and she came over to check on me. We had an instant connection, chatting about the book I was reading. When she asked if there was anything I would change about the experience, I mentioned a small detail: I noticed a bit of dust on the elevator walls. By the end of the day, it was gone. I also want to thank Krystal and Armando for their help when I got sick. They went above and beyond, arranging a COVID test, picking up Tamiflu, and getting me cough medicine. I’m so grateful for their support—they truly made our stay more comfortable despite the circumstances. We also want to thank Blanca the manager, and Jerry. Simply classy!

My fisrt resort experience with hyatt vivid

It was a great choice .very nice rooms with great views.great staff ,very friendly and attentive. Alot of fun activities to do at resort . Their rooftop bar is great , has amazing view of cancun and great service .
