It is a beautiful property with a great beach and pool and every room is ocean front with a hot tub in the room. We love it here.

The views are incredible and the property, pools, and the beach are outstanding. The staff was extremely accommodating. Unfortunately, food and drinks are a different story. Don't come here for the food, come for the gorgeous property, the azure blue warm ocean, white sand beaches and friendly staff.

We had a WONDERFUL TIME at the Hyatt Zilara and spent the most memorable family Christmas there! The ocean view and swimming pools are absolutely breathtaking and beautiful, especially at sunrise! I forgot to bring my yoga clothes, but the morning yoga classes looking out at the beach looked so relaxing. The food at all of the restaurants was amazing. Everything was so delicious and quickly prepared. The buffets always have the perfect selection of a variety of dishes. The daily events and evening shows are high-quality and very entertaining. Room is clean and comfy, and we appreciated the turn-down service. We always received quick and generous assistance with our requests, such as an extra rollaway bed, towels, and room service. The staff are all so kind and friendly. The beach sand is soft and there are many sunbeds to lay on. The pools, all-inclusive drinks and food, souvenir shops in the hotel, ample resting areas/couches in the huge main floor and lobby, fitness room, cafe were all impressive! And the staff make sure to check the room numbers of everyone that enters and exits the hotel lobby, so we felt very safe, too. The elevator at one end of the building was out of service often, but easily walkable stairs are right next to it, so it wasn’t a big problem for us. All in all, we had an excellent experience and would love to visit again! Thank you for making our holidays special!

The property was great and everyone working there was courteous. The pool was awesome and the pool bar perfect. Sometimes these have limited options, but you could get pretty much anything there. The bartenders were top notch. Loved the coffee shop, all the dining and the beds were comfortable. Couldn't ask for more.
