Room service was excellent workers friendly.. rooms nice . Didnt like u had to pay 85 dollars every day for a cabana. And the free pools chairs is first come first served... plenty options with pool.

Not sure where to start but since the moment we walking in and where welcomed by Ivan to our cabana waiter Ale honestly we’ve been coming to Cancun for over 30 years have been to over 20 resorts in Cancun and Rivera maya but not 1 has ever impressed us like Live Aqua from there service to there food to how clean the property is to being right across the street from so much fun there is nothing to complain about at live aqua the guest is always 1st

My room was with the VIP access all booked through Cheaptickets.com it allowed my husband and I to have access to the private lounge area and ALL the staff was exceptional. The butler booked our restaurants. We met up with our friends, from home, and we had a group of ten people, so dinning every night all together was important. Our butler made it happen! He was professional and courteous and we are very grateful for all his hard work. During our stay we went to the Spa and everyone there was fabulous. I highly recommend the hydrotherapy circuit and the staff member running it was attentive and relaxing to be around. Our group also LOVED the entertainment staff and all the entertainment they provided. They all deserve a huge shout out to the evening life at Live Aqua! All and all I am so happy I booked through Cheaptickets.com

We loved this property from arrival to check out. The staff was amazing well groomed, uniforms clean, friendly demeanor and very easy communicate with. The food was fabulous at the restaurant we visited. They wait on you hand and foot. The location is right across from the luxury mall. The staff was quick to action on presentation of the resort. We never saw trash anywhere. They cleaned the pools daily and chefs would line up with treats for the guest during the pool games. The staff addressed you by your name when they saw you walking around . They make you feel like you are not a guest but part of the family. This place is a must STAY.

This is our 3rd time staying at this resort. The pools, ocean view and beach are amazing at this resort. The food quality is very good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained and is within walking distance of a great outdoor shopping mall across the street (La Isla). The only negative would be that the cocktail drinks are a bit weak on the alcohol. We highly recommend this resort to anyone that wants to stay in the Cancun Hotel Zone.

This was such a great experience. All of the staff is dedicated to you having a great time. HIGHLY recommend upgrading to the aqua club level. You get a bar and food on your level which is super convenient. Only draw back is there are no smart TVs in the rooms so bring a fire stick or something if you want to watch movies and just chill in your room sometimes. Also the flags on the beach were red the whole time so you’re not supposed to swim with that and I asked someone about it and they said their flags are always red or yellow (swim with extreme caution) because the current and waves are so strong it’s dangerous. So we didn’t get much beach time. But honestly I went for my 30th birthday. Everyone made me feel special. We had butlers Maggie and Roberto and they’re incredible. Everyone’s so nice. We definitely want to visit again.

Beautiful resort with amazing staff. The beach is perfection, the pools are fabulous. We had Aqua Club level and having a butler was the way to go. The rooms are well appointed and great bath products. Highly recommend.
