AC in the room didn't work. Had to beg to be moved to another room. While taking a bath, was given electrical shocks trying to adjust the water or to turn off. And currently in the Emergency Room back home with food poisoning. Worst vacation ever!

A wonderful experience from beginning to the end. Service was amazing and food was delicious. Italian restaurant two thumbs up. Armando, unbelievable service. French restaurant so good too. Mexican restaurant a little picante but very yummy. The hotel is beautiful . We went for a bike ride to Puerto Morelos, so much fun. Thank you Roman! And Jorge, keep it up that energy you have hosting the talent show at night time. Definitely we will recommend this resort. Will be back.

Everything was excellent. At one point I thought we didnā€™t have hot water. Turns out i didnā€™t turn one of the knobs to the red line. My husband pointed out and since i didnā€™t have my glasses in obviously, didnā€™t see this. Hopefully the hotel can let guests know at check in. I saw reviews saying no hot water. It was steaming hot as soon as i figured it out. Hotel was pleasant and felt very welcomed. I will definitely be back. We were out in the beach and management would walk around and send waiters by to serve us. Everyone was very attentive.

What we like is that they have different family shows at night, my grad kids love them. What I donā€™t like is that we took cold showers because they ran out of hot water in the afternoon! That wasnā€™t good for my grand kids!

My wife and I just returned from our stay at Ocean Coral and Turquesa. We couldnā€™t have been more pleased with this resort. All the staff was amazing! A few that I want to single out as being excellent at their job are: Alejandro, Antonio, Hilda and especially Gustavo at the pool bar! The whole team is great, however Gustavo is like an 8 armed master mixologist and really is the man! Believe all the other glowing reviews about him! Next Iā€™d like to mention Amanda and the rest of the pool entertainment team! They were fantastic and engaging! Other staff members, from the cleaners, wait staff, bar staff, front desk, bell service, etc.. were all so friendly and wanted to make sure our stay was the best it could be! I would also like to mention that the food at this resort is better than most. We will definitely look to return to this place!

It was beautiful šŸ˜however due to the storm prior to our arrival there was lots of destruction near our suite and so the view was not good. Once itā€™s cleaned up I can imagine how pretty and clean it will appear. Very beautiful place, the food at the buffet was my favorite and at EL Beso, I loved everything ā¤ļø
