Fantastic Food! We loved all 5 plus restaurants!!
We went here for our 25th anniversary and loved every moment! We especially enjoyed that all the food and drinks are covered when you book the hotel and the food was amazing!! It was our favorite part! At least 5 wonderful restaurants, including a buffet, and free drinks. This is an incredible deal considering most dinners would have cost at least $50 for the two of us anywhere else. It's also really close to Crococun Zoo which we really enjoyed and 30 minutes from Cancun. Just be sure to book your reservations at the hotel for dinner each night asap when you get there.

Compared to many other resorts we have been to in the past 30 years, this resort was above average and we mostly enjoyed our time here. Do not purchase any upgrade to the 'adult pool with preference dining options. The Beso 'adult' pool is absolutely no doubt, the seniors/elderly pool. They have a kids pool, family pool and their party pool where most adults are found and mingling in the pool This is not the Beso pool. We moved over to this pool despite paying the upgrade to the Beso. There are absolutely no benefit to the upgrade in regards to dining. Reservations start at 8 each morning, but when you are at customer service at 8 each morning, all reservations are done and you will get the nearly empty Italian or the few none reservation restaurants or buffet. So, save your money, the upgrade is absolutely no worth it. We would return to this resort, but much wiser. Good value.

This is a beautiful resort that offers lots of restaurants, three big pools, constant daytime events and decent nighttime entertainment. What really puts this property above and beyond others I’ve stayed at though is the staff. We did go with the privilege option but the staff were over and above for every one I saw. Jose at the Blue Moon went out of his way to make our last night an experience to remember and the food was delicious there. Way too many Sexy Gustofo’s were consumed in the main pool but we didn’t catch the actual ingredients so I guess we will just have to come back again and see if we can figure it out. The entire resort went out of their way to accommodate me with my mobility issues. Even the resort doctor went above and beyond. Highly recommend for a friend’s trip, a honeymoon, couple getaway or family of all ages. Something for everyone. 5 stars.

My first trip to Mexico and I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, I have to say that the resort and staff exceeded my expectations by far! We did have an issue one evening when our hot water went out, but the staff was quick to address our concerns and in no time we were back in action! The pool bar staff were incredibly polite and on top of things! I never had to wait for a drink! Gustavo, Eduardo, Alejandro, and Antonio went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of, and the conversations we had were simply terrific! These 4 made our trip the best it could be! I also want to shout out the spa, while at the resort I had 2 massages and one facial, Consuela was my masseuse the second time and to say she was amazing would be an understatement. Consuela was absolutely perfect with her skill and was incredibly attentive to my specific needs. Our stay at Oceans Coral and Turquesa was close to perfection, and the 5 aforementioned staff members were a huge reason for this! We will absolutely return again!

The property seemed to have decent security. The rooms had a mildew smell, some of the towels had stains the buffet a lot of the food was sitting out and wasn’t fresh. You’d probably had to go right when they opened. Room service came cold and not fresh. The food was just okay. The restaurant that you had to make a reservation for were better. The French restaurant was the best I tried. They did have quite a bit of events to do which was nice. The road to get to the resort has a bunch of potholes. The concierge and front desk were super friendly but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Mike’s Coffee was fantastic and unique but should be open earlier in the morning. The food, the staff and the entertainment were great! We enjoyed our vacation.

The hotel is no where near anything. If you plan on staying at the resort then this is a good place for you. The staff here were very nice. We absolutely loved Erika who gave us our drinks by the pool. She was so nice and friendly. The food was ok. It’s what you would expect at an all inclusive. We never had an “excellent” meal but we were never hungry. Our room was so moist ALL of the time. When we left our clothes all smelled horrible. The floor in our room was constantly wet due to the moisture. We kept the ac and fan on all the time but it did not help. In the morning it took 5 minutes just to get hot water as well. Because we booked on Expedia we were given a bottle of wine and some Ocean dollars. We never spent the dollars because you couldn’t buy much with them. They would only take a percentage off of certain item so it wasn’t really worth anything. We probably won’t come back here. Next time we will stay in the town of Cancun.

Nice hotel with rough beach. The three pools are very nice but it’s tough to swim off the beach. The road into the hotel is in terrible shape, but this will only affect rental car drivers. Rooms are ok but on the older side. Food was good but not great…Hibachi-ish restaurant, rodizio-ish restaurant, and Italian-ish restaurant. Nowhere to get decent coffee unfortunately. Generally the staff was very friendly and responsive.

The best feature of the resort is that it is very compact and you don't need to walk far for anything. However the food in the buffet is very mediocre and the a lar carte restaurants are just average. Many of the rooms do not have a door for the bathroom, just a curtain. That's rather poor.

We had a wonderful experience! Staff was very friendly & always ready to help. Everyone was hardworking especially in maintaining the property. From check-in to check-out we received excellent customer service. We were so grateful for an upgrade for one of our rooms. Yamily was great & of course Jesus, our butler was always ready to help us with our needs. His assistance in every way was greatly appreciated! Food was great in all the a-la carte restaurants, as well as the Privilege restaurant. Nevertheless, food at the main buffet can still be improved. This resort is highly recommended!
