Staff are to be commended for their high level of service. The buffet was extensive with excellent choices. Lounges around the pools were limited. The beach was beautiful - aqua water, white sand, no seaweed. Noise from the bars late at night could be heard several floors up. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

There was blood splatter in elevator, our hotel bedroom locked our children in the other room, bath room door lock had been kicked in, roaches on balcony and standing mossy swamp water. We have stayed at many resorts, but this one is just unreal. The food, the people, the service etc… The lady Lai who hosts activities at the Reserve was the best! The sunset activity was awesome! lasted almost two hours and the performer was INCREDIBLE. The only thing I’d say is to add AC to the bathrooms, but I’m sure this will be done when it remodels as they said. Beautiful place!

What a beautiful resort! I’ve been to a few resorts in Cancun but this one really made an impression and the only one I would recommend to friends and family. Beautiful grounds, clean and well maintained. Beach front is long. We never had any trouble finding a beachside tiki hut. Our room was quiet. Prior resorts I’ve been to, that wasn’t the case. The staff is incredibly nice. Everyone was always smiling and welcoming. They seemed happy to be there. The food was actually really good even at the buffet. But our favorite was the restaurant Agua Marina. Delicious seafood and our waiter was so sweet (I’m bummed I didn’t get his name), but honestly everyone we interacted with was super nice. Check out the Sal steakhouse. The staff and chef are incredible there too. We also got to use the cabana at the Kanna area one day and the service was amazing!! Rommel and Noe stopped by and wanted to make sure we were doing well and taken care of. And the whole staff treated us kindly and made it our best day. The sunset boat ride in the bay was also such a treat. Last but not least, our family concierge Jose May checked in with us everyday and really took care of us. We want to thank him for all the help. It made our stay very special. I don’t say this very often about many places, but I would definitely be back here again when in Cancun next time!

From day one changed rooms twice staff was amazing but not enough staff to take care of any issue barley understood English i’m actually on my first all inclusive and disappointed views were nice food was ok small portions a lot of mold a lot of repairs need to be done great workers most went above and beyond but I guess it’s to be expected it’s almost 20 year old facility.

Everything oveall all was great other than our unit does require a renovation to the bathroom. Towel bars and shower curtain rods were hannging on a tread and about to come off. Cracked tiling and a lot of cauking missing around the fixtures. The A/C unit is really noisy making it a bit difficult to sleep if you are a light sleeper.

Suggestion for improvement Children’s specialty restaurant dining experience create a kids menu and train staff in wedding events to serve children first and then adult guests. Kids Activities- no evening show for children or for children to participate with. The kids playroom is minimalist General comments moments. buffet dining - many service staff are not happy and this is reflected in their work. Need more porters to reset tables. Buffet food delicious. Great job to kitchen. Housekeeping and mini bar - wonderful. Good job. Specialty dining - good but Most of our group were ill after Italian. On different days. Bars - all great Beautiful hotel. A little tired looking but that is expected. I am sure your upcoming renovation plan will address this. Our stay was in Tower 1. Some finished in room and bathroom need updating but everything worked with no issue other than shower head and handheld shower.

Paradisus Cancun is a stunning beachfront resort with spacious rooms, beautiful pools, and a variety of excellent dining options. The staff is friendly, and the beach is pristine. Perfect for a relaxing getaway, though it can get a bit crowded during peak times.

Taking one star away from my stay at Paradisus. We booked the Reserve experience, but unfortunately, our concierge never showed up for three days of our stay. Every amenity is accessible or booked via this concierge concept, and we struggled to make manual bookings. As a result, most of the extra amount spent towards the Reserve was not worthwhile for us. Additionally, the Reserve offers late checkout at 2 pm, but we were asked to vacate the room by 12. Saira from the front desk was the one who called. We repeatedly mentioned the Reserve promises, but she insisted that this was something we needed to clear with Expedia. She also responded with a firm tone, saying, "How is that related to leaving the room? Leave the room right now, or we will charge you 75 USD for an extended stay," when we explained that most of our services under the Reserve were denied to us, including the concierge and 2 pm checkout. She mentioned, "This you need to manage with the operator (Expedia), and we are not responsible for this," which was a bit surprising to us since the Reserve concept includes this facility among other things. Due to the absence of a concierge, we missed out on to Nichupté Lagoon as well. It seems that booking through Expedia, especially for the Reserve, may result in an underwhelming experience. Perhaps booking directly with the hotel would ensure that the Reserve guarantees are fully honored.
