This property is less than a one star. My family and I moved 6 times because of the ROACH infestation, soiled mattresses and leaking ceiling with moldy walls. Unsanitary and Unhealthy conditions! My niece's son came back with bed bug bites. Hotel is closing down in May for renovations and they simply do not care. Staff does not care and very rude. I cried for two days straight. I have traveled quite a bit in my life and never saw the filth that I saw at this hotel. Mold on bread, roaches on fruit etc etc. Would never ever never stay at this resort ever again not even if they renovated it.

Paint is faded in a lot of areas around the building. Basic rooms could use a fresh coat of paint. Bulbs burnt out. Food was amazing with a lot of options. They took allergies very seriously and even altered many dishes without fuss. Very exceptional staff who always greeted you with a smile. You have to wake up early to reserve a chair but you get a nice sun rise at the same time

Your money can be better spent elsewhere. It our first time at an all inclusive resort and we were not impressed. The restaurants included in the "all inclusive" package are average at best and it difficult to make a reservation at any of them. I am not very hard to please and this place just didn't do it for us.

My husband and I just spent 5 nights at Paradisus Cancun in early January. We stayed in the Reserve section of the resort which is for adults only and includes its own adults-only pool, poolside restaurant and bar, as well as an indoor lounge area where one can have breakfast, lunch as well as snacks and drinks all day long. The Reserve also comes with a dedicated concierge that handles restaurants reservations and Bali bed reservations as well as specific requests you may have. Our concierge Rossana was great. She booked our preferred restaurants and Bali beds on day one. She checked in regularly with us during our stay to see if we needed anything. The adults-only pool area is generally quiet (no rowdy groups while we were there, but it was also a quiet time of the year, right after New Year’s, so maybe we were just lucky). They do have music playing (not all day long) which can sometimes be overbearing if your Bali bed or lounge chair is close to the speaker. The resort itself is very well maintained. Our room and all common areas were super clean at all times of the day. We dined at several of the resort restaurants and I found Flora to be the best. We were not too impressed with Lemon Fish which is supposed to be a sushi place, but only offers a very limited sushi menu (additional sushi options come with a surcharge). In any case it’s great to have the variety when it comes to dining options! The resort staff to be super nice, professional and efficient.

Food is horrible!!! We ate out in restaurants all day, we only had breakfast. Shower is old, hotel is old, even the food in the hotel restaurant is terrible. The staff is trying their beat to make you feel good but with no luck. Our toilet was overflowing, tv was working on&off, i wont come back here !

They have everything from roaches to discuss the dirty mattresses, no running water in the room and black coming out of the faucet. I will be sending a completion letter with all the pictures and complains

We had some issues with rooms 2 times and had to be switched once for strong sewage smell coming from bathroom and then 2nd time because we found bugs in our sons extra bed and ac malfunctioning. We actually showed front desk a video of it and they said they needed to confirm it before we changed rooms which we were fu e with but I don’t like being made to feel like we were lying and I feel like they didn’t do enough to compensate for all the inconveniences. And yes it was inconvenient to say the least because every room change required luggage packing and moving and bracelet reprogramming. They did finally change us to a room that didn’t have any issues and we made the best of trip. The beach is nice and the outdoor area around the pool is pleasant and the waiters and staff are super nice and attentive. The beach is beautiful here but not sure we would come back due to the room issues we experienced. Maybe we got unlucky but 2 room issues during our 11 day stay was a bit much in my opinion for a hotel that’s supposed to be 5 star. Also they do loud fiesta parties almost every now in Pyramid 3 so you can hear it echoing through the halls because of the design of the hotel so bring your earplugs if you want to sleep. The food was ok and honestly the best part was the waiters and service staff and beach. There’s more I could say but I’ll keep it to that.

Beautiful view of ocean as you come outside. Great pools. Staff at restaurants are super friendly. The rooms need to be modernized but they are clean. Food at buffet is very good. Coffee station near buffet restaurant was delicious.

Daniel our concierge was fantastic. He's like an in person Siri. I found it odd that was unable to get a snack (not full sit down dinner) at 4 pm. Reserve side very quiet. Almost too quiet.
