I love the customer service and how the options for food were available, but didn’t like how fast they filled up. Didn’t get to try some of the food choices because of availability. Was suppose to have dinner on the beach as part of a reward but never got to because of weather and it was too late to find reservations for another option.

I WOULD NEVER RETURN HERE , rooms are nasty , my bathroom had mold & mildew all over it . My tub was rusted. Food was tasteless , I got sick the last night from eating at the steak house. I literally had to eat room service my whole stay there. When I went to guest services to complain , they tried to make me sign an NDA & give me $75 to shutup . It wasn’t enough for what I endure there & I refused . DO YOU RESEARCH BEFORE GOING HERE !!!!!!!!!! no camera on property as well .

Came as a large party, didn’t accommodate at all. Dining reservations not accommodated despite booking ahead. Poor service at poolside. Had food one day by the pool but refused the next until manager contacted. Asked for additional beer in the room and told that was an up charge. It all included for gods sake! Really?? Fun with friends but totally disappointed with resort. Put in family section despite reservations showing adult side and wanted additional 300$ for adult side?? For what? Same amenities. Had to get management involved again. That’s not what vacation should be about. There should be no stress, especially in an all inclusive . We had 20 people come. I guess the money we spent didn’t really matter once you get there

This is probably the first resort I’ve traveled to (out of many countries precisely, including Royalton Splash - Riveria Maya) where I felt racially profiled. We had reservations for dinner where we had to wait while others walked in. The second occurrence, we waited 15 minutes to be serviced while others around us was serviced whether that be drinks or food. The third occurrence was an event where we literally were not offered any drinks while others around us was being served; in the this situation, I flagged a gentleman for drinks and he never returned with the drinks. We traveled with our 4 year old child for a birthday in what we were very considerate of all staff we engaged with and tipped well for their services so it was unfortunate, disappointing experience. Minimal accommodations in general. We paid for an ocean view room, then we were switched on the 2nd day due to water issues and a room without a view. The new room had brown water coming out of all the bathrooms - again, I’ve stayed at many resorts where I’ve never experienced this (including other Cancún resorts). I have videos to reflect this as well, the customer service agent informed us to just run the water for 5 minutes as if this was acceptable. We had to repeat this for all faucets each day. Check in is severely delayed and the guest waiting area is not air conditioned. It does not matter if you’re traveling from out of the country, the resort is not prepared or staffed to accommodate.

This was a horrible experience. We came here with 45 guests for a wedding and it was bad from the start. Check in process took forever and they gave a lot of us the incorrect room or rooms without running water and we had to go back and switch rooms after a very long day of traveling. We are all now going home feeling sick and with different types of bites and rashes all over our body’s. There were bed bugs and my dad is covered with bites. My ankle is huge and swollen from a “mosquito” bite and I’m barely able to walk. I’ve been to Cancun many times and the mosquitos and bugs at this resort were an unbelievably horrible experience. The workers were very rude and unpleasant from front desk to bartenders to restaurant staff. We never had anything in our room replaced we never had our bathroom cleaned. The food makes you sick and unable to enjoy the day. Our wristbands kept not working and we wouldn’t be able to get into our rooms. I had to go back to the lobby 4 times this week to “fix” the wristband. It was my sisters wedding and they were so rude and unprofessional. It was raining and they wouldn’t give her a golf cart so her dress was ruined. And to finish off a perfect week we saw tons of guests leaving the hotel and relocating apparently due to Legionnaires disease spreading through the resort but the hotel denied it even though we spoke with many UK residents who were being switched to a different hotel. Several of us are going to the hospital for our rashes and bites.

The maintenance of the property was extremely clean and well maintained.The service was excellent from the cleaning crew, dining staff and guest services I enjoyed all of the restaurants and the buffet was the best buffet food I've had in comparison to other stays on cruises and resorts.

The Asian restaurant has the worst service on the resort. It’s loud and the food takes a long time. When our tables received our mains they were cold. Everything else was very good. I recommend the resort overall
