the hotel is good and clean the problem for us was they do the worst room to us we ask to the guy at front desk hi say they don't have any more we see to many available next day we ask for other one or refund the money then they change to other room the chief or manager in there tell to my wife and nice to get out of the hammocks in the beach for not reason he look us like we dont paid for stay there

Location was great. The place is nice. There is an outdoor event space next to building #1. They had parties that went until 4am for 3 out of the 7 nights we were there. Very loud and annoying. Also breakfast was good everything else was super average for food. Glad we only did the breakfast option and not the all inclusive.. there are lots of great places to eat off property.

The staff at this property understand English very well, they are attentive, and accommodating. I want to thank Ervin at the front desk for helping us navigate issues with our Expedia reservation. The rooms were elegant, the showers had immediate hot water, and the toilets flushed very well. The cal king room was spacious and the Internet was reliable. The hot tub water did not get hot but that might be intentionally as the weather is hot and many may not like hot water. The pools were clean and the beach front is the nicest, though the pier is there, if you go more north there's better snorkeling but it's very crowded. The location is near lots of shopping and food options. The restaurants in all-inclusive is great food and the best beverages! Premium drinks that are very done perfectly. The grounds were kept nice and pristine condition, the bathrooms at pool at around this hotel were very clean.

This would be our 14th stay at Priveledge. Very accommodating staff,clean small resort. Food was excellent . This is considered a 3 4 resort ,if you want a 5 star go else where. I would highly recommend. The pools are cleaned daily and constantly repairing the grounds.

Easy beach access with attentive wait staff and reasonable snack/lunch options on beach; access to food at various locations throughout the day - Very friendly staff overall - many of the same staff we see at every visit. Vying for beach chairs was a pain but staff also attentive to this concern.

The all-inclusive food was great, but redundant. The higher end restaurants are only open with reservation on certain days with the choice of 2 timea. There is a very loud venue next door that serves private parties which frequently lasted until 4am. On the other side there is an elementary school.The resort basically shuts down at 10pm. Otherwise very enjoyable stay as staff was friendly and facilities were clean. Recommend: bring your own cup (they will just fill it up) and straws, you can purchase the all-inclusive by the day as there are some fantastic places outside the resort too. Jax's across the street, Mango Cafe, and the Soggy Peso. When visiting Punta Sur be ready to climb rocks and wear good shoes.
