Some unsafe conditions due water from raining on the floor. Some unsafe conditions due dinning room using chairs with poor design causing people falling almosr one person per day. Great service from Mrs. Rosa at the dinner area so helpful making comforrable staying when using breakfast service. Cleaning service can be better, only towels were replaced but not cleaning activities on the flllr or shower. Nice hotel but needs some maintenance for extend life, love this hotel over the world.

I would give an excelent in most areas, the front desk agent seemed tired and with no personality, however very competent. He had no smile and was busy taking to the doorman The room was spacious and clean. It needs a little deep cleaning on the grout and some areas .
