Room service delivering food to clients has a cart that does not have rubber tires. When the delivery personnel pass by with it (which sounds like a train passing by), he/she wake up all the guests along the entire hallway. Suggestion. Replacing it with a more common and quieter card can solve this issue .. The second suggestion is more like a business proposal for the whole hotel. Rooms have Jacuzzis. No one is using those for sure. If those were eliminated for good and in that open space we added another bed, the hotel could charge more due to the increased number of beds available.

As soon as we got there the staff was very very Pleasant food was great everything is easy and accessible the Riu Party is on the resort so it makes it so much easier, pool bar bartenders are the best! I highly recommend this resort I would definitely go back again

Food: 8/10 Food was good, buffet had many options and was a good option for breakfast and dinner. Restaurant were alright, lackluster in menu options but tasted good. Mexican was the best. Room service was pretty good, definitely take advantage of it late night. Drinks: 5.5/10 Very watered down, took 7-8 drinks to start feeling any tipsy. Didn’t taste bad but some drinks were definitely made better than others. Pools: 9/10 Pools were well maintained, volleyball and water polo activities are fun. Swim up bar was great too, and the pools were overall not too busy. Beach: 9/10 Very clean, not busy. Not much seaweed, and minimal rocks on the sand side of the resort Activities: 8/10 RIU party was very fun. If you go here, make sure to have at least 1 Monday and 1 Friday to catch 2 of their parties. People of all ages had a blast. The shows at night varied, sometimes they were good and sometimes they were just okay. There’s something different for every audience, even kids. Room: 5/10 A bit outdated. The AC sucked, lowest setting and the room would still be hot. The fan is so loud you can’t sleep with it on. The layout was also weird, with the tub being right in the middle of the room. Beds were way too soft as well, and the sheets weren’t good at all. Just didn't have the hotel room feeling. Staff: 8/10 Depends on who you interact with. Some are not the nicest, but the majority of staff are great and friendly. Overall 8/10 Hotel, great for couples or families. Great price

The property was great. The only thing i didnt like was that my shower drain was clogged. The exterior of the property needs some touching up like painting etc. Riu do not provide shuttles so you are at the mercy of the transportation companies who charge way too much. This is a major issue for visitors who constantly complained while i was there.

The staff here is very friendly! The lady who worked the coffee/bakery in lobby makes amazing Cappuccinos n is very friendly! Loved the Italian n Japanese places great food n staff! Ani who did my massage was amazing the food available 24/7 in sports bar was good! What I didn't like is the limited menu at the restaurants other than the buffet! Steakhouse was the worse place we ate as the steaks were very tough even cooked medium rare!! Ate like a quarter of it n went to buffet to eat. Can be very noise with the RIU Caribe next door music goes late with RIU party n shows n hard to sleep or relax at the beach!

What I like about staying here is the staff did an excellent job taking care of our needs. Specially during dinner. The entertainment was also good, can improve in some aspects, like informing the participants before hand on what they will participate on. The food was diverse and abundant, but, some of them lacked in flavor. They were over cooked under the food warmers. Some dessert tasted like cardboard. Overall, it was a good place to stay.
