My recent stay at this hotel was not quite what I expected. The music played in some of their daily events leaned heavily towards tacky hip-hop, which might appeal to some guests but felt overwhelming. Would compare the experience to some of those Carnival cruise videos you see online.

Absolutely loved our week at the Royalton Chic. Location, hotel and beach are excellent. Food was generous and well prepared. Bars are fast and friendly. We found Diamond Club to be a great value. Can't wait to go back.

This was my third visit to Royalton Chic and I stayed in the diamond club. Definitely worth the upgrade as you get all the premium drinks whereas the regular bar still had decent drinks, just not the premium alcohol. If you go you have to check out the silent disco, So much fun! My only complaint and it's been the same complaint all three times, Is that the rooms start to get musty after a few days and there's nothing that changes that. I even brought moisture absorbing Crystals to see if that would help Alleviate the issue and did not. But would I go back again? Yes, the rest of the resort more than makes up for it.

Fantastic service, food was pretty good too. Around the resort was a little messy and there was a rattling in our room that kept us up a few nights. Definitely a party resort, but not a bad thing! For the cost, we will definitely be back.

Staff are friendly, Samara Breton made our stays more memorable,Eredin and Veronica from Buffet Element did a fantastic service .Francisco from Houskeeping did an exceptional service... Hotel is modern and Clean,with the breathtaking beach views ,poolsides with lots of event made our fantastic stays.
