Upon arrival on June 17th, our expectations quickly turned sour. Despite booking and paying $520.00 USD for a premium experience, including a premium minibar, preferential dining reservations, and an upgraded room with an ocean view, we encountered numerous issues. Check-in was chaotic, leaving our luggage exposed while we endured relentless upselling attempts. Our room was unavailable until late evening. When we finally entered, we discovered a leaking shower with paint and drywall debris scattered about. We reported these issues to our butler, Eliado, at 10 pm. It took over two hours for maintenance to arrive and deem our room uninhabitable. We were relocated through a storm to a substandard room without promised amenities. Throughout our stay, service failures and miscommunications persisted. Despite a promised $130.00 USD reimbursement for the first night, staff were unaware of our entitlements, and we couldn't use the credit. Our attempts to book services and dining reservations were futile. Premium amenities such as beachside service and Bali beds were unavailable. Frustrations culminated in a sleepless night due to a malfunctioning TV remote, an unsolicited early morning wake-up call, and our butler entering our suite unannounced while we were in the jacuzzi, asking us to leave for housekeeping. We decided to cut short our stay, incurring additional expenses to change our flights. At checkout, despite expressing our dissatisfactio, we were still charged an extra $

This place was the worst experience The food was bad and anytime you tried to get reservations they were “full” but the restaurants were super empty Our room our ac was broken and all they offered me was a FAN! I was so upset and made them switch me room’s especially after the price i paid they just kept saying someone would fix someone told us well how cold do we want it like as if we were wrong ! It was an awful experience then checking out they charge you more for an eco price ! Honestly worst all inclusive ! ALSO WHEN YOU FIRST GET THERE they try to Sell you on a pass for vacations like a time share and get you with a free massage or pass For the show which they end up charging you for don’t book here

TRS was not worth the price we paid at all. The rooms constantly smelt like mold and our sheets were dirty when we checked in. After we complained they gave us an upgraded room which still smelt like mold and sheets were stained but at this point we didn’t want to keep complaining and seem ungrateful. The next thing that happened was the shower in our upgraded room was clogged so our entire bathroom and leading into the room got flooded. There was no apologies or compensation offered neither any sympathy. It seems all the workers do is try to get you to purchase activities from them. Although the workers very friendly, I don’t believe it was 5star service worthy. Beautiful property and restaurants were just ok. Would not come back.

The property is amazing. We had a lovely experience. The people are great, and you’ll feel welcome all the time. There’s an abundance of food options and more drinks than you’ll be able to try, including premium liquor. Great place!

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend trip. It was our first time at This property and we did the all inclusive option. We immediately started with a bad reception when we checked in. I had put in a request for a room upgrade and was supposed to get one as a Platinum Hotels.com member. I was told that they couldn’t because there wasn’t a room available. Literally five minutes later the lady is trying to sell me on a room upgrade for an additional $150 per night. Once we declined, she just gave us wristbands with absolutely no orientation or welcome about facilities at the property. Other features that were notably bad: we literally were solicited for “free” massages and a pitch to join their Palladium club no less than 20 times. That’s right, multiple times a day! There was even a guy who stood right outside the breakfast buffet and just muttered “free massage?” every time we passed by. Our butlers could also not fulfill a simple request to bring an assortment of snacks. When I asked for wine or liquor bottles to be added to our room fridge (as I was led to believe by the pictures), I was told there was a policy of only one bottle allowed. By the way, I even gave TRS the chance to fix this since I filled out their survey during the stay and told them we were unhappy. We tried their steakhouse and were given literally cold but also somehow very well done steaks. Save your money and stay where you won’t be pressured to spend even more all the time.
