I switched from Sunrise to the Grand Moon Palace. It was a good decision as you have access to all the other hotels. The restaurants food and services are great. Room service is a plus. My room was always clean when I came back to my room. It’s good for the family and friends to enjoy. If you can travel as a group, it’s well worth it for the kiddos

We have stayed 3 times at the Grand Moon Palace. The facility is beautiful but we did notice some issues with the restaurant/ bar services... the food was not as elevated and the service was sub par. The bar service and quality of drinks were not good. There was no consistency with drinks and with food. The Grand Moon Palace excelled in the past with food/drink service.

We traveled with 2 adults 2 kids (7 & 11). The room was decent size. Clean. The resort is large but they offer golf cart shuttles to get to locations. That was very helpful. The water park was decent sized but smaller than most. There are 2 slide options and one your child must be the exact height or they can’t go so our 7 year old couldn’t go and the other slide was scary and hurt her due to speed. If you don’t get to the water park early, it’s hard to find a chair or shade. The drinks were good quality. Definitely take your own cup. Bring your own floaties as well. The restaurants for dinner most require reservations which are easy to make on the app. The Jade restaurant was horrible and we heard others feeling the same way. The circus restaurant was fun for the kids. The Grand buffet & the cafe were the best in my opinion. They will try numerous times to get you to pay into their plans (kind of like time shares). The spa was great at the Grand. We had a great time and the staff were all amazing.

This is easily one of the best all-inclusive resorts I've ever stayed at. The staff was AMAZING throughout the property. The options available to all ages for food, drinks, activities, and more pleased everyone in our family (including two boys ages 11 and 7). We can't say enough about how happy we were with the stay.
