The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was so friendly, very few places in the world you can travel to where they are so accommodating and nice. We had laundry to be done on a time limit, they got it done 2 hours before the regular time. We had dietary restrictions, they made sure those were met without any hassle. Only thing to mention is the front of the property has no logo indicating the hotel, so it’s very easy to miss. Otherwise a solid, reliable base to stay at while visiting Bali. 10/10 recommend!

Very nice hotel just by the beach. Lovely, comfortable rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location for bars and restaurants. Good choice at breakfast and in the evening if you decide to dine in.

The pool area and buffet breakfast and walk ability to the beach is the best part of this new hotel. There are still finishing touches being made to the new build but that doesn’t impact your stay. The room was small 32sq m but lovely modern appointment and the cross flow ventilation of the architecture was beautiful. Very modern great wifi and room service. But the pool is what I paid the $350 p/nfor. I got an ocean facing room on level 2 but unfortunately my balcony outlook was a vacant block with rubbish dumped and a car park. Yes I could see and hear the ocean but even though this was out of the accomodations control I was disappointed. Would have preferred to save the money and get a cheaper room. The bed was most comfortable as was the choice of soft and firm pillows. Everything here was high end as you’d expect from the thick towels to the room design and amenities. The pool bar had good vibes and delicious food. The sunset was great from the roof. The pool was a delight to swim and I loved being able to swim laps endlessly as it was so long. Well cared for and no chlorine smell or feel. Pool maintenance was top notch as I saw testing each day. A negative was no street entrance You had to walk down the road entrance to get into the hotel but they were building a street entrance as I was there. Noise from the street travelled up so when you had the very small balcony opened you could hear ocean. Lots of choice for earing, shopping amenities close

If you’re looking for 5* service and a squeaky clean experience this is the place for you. From the moment I arrived at the property I felt safe and welcomed. Diky at registration made check in so easy, and when I asked for the oceanfront room upgrade, Aris took me to see the room to make sure I was happy with the room. It was everything I wanted and needed. I loved everything about the room, the comfortable bed and pillows that I wanted to take home with me! Just a few minutes walk to the beach and anything else you might want. No matter what time of day I needed help from the front desk, Eka, is an excellent resource for all questions and was especially helpful with all of my questions and each day made sure I was comfortable with my stay. Aris and Krisna and everyone else at reception were always so helpful and kind. The dining room staff was always friendly and welcoming and especially helpful with my dietary restrictions, Ayu Surya is a sweet and attentive dining room staff. The rooftop bar was a highlight of my stay. Gus Ben, definitely makes an extra effort to make sure the drinks are made to perfection and meals arrive quickly. I highly recommend this property for its high quality service and customer satisfaction
