Boutique mountain condo with BREATH-TAKING views in the heart of it all!

2 Bedroom, 1.5 Bathrooms, Sleeps 6. Welcome to our cozy condo in the middle of the Rockies, where there is always lots to do! Located in the Canmore Crossing Complex, our "Happy Place" includes two bedrooms and a queen pull-out sofa in the main living area. The spacious master bedroom features a king size bed and the second bedroom/den (no window) includes a queen bed, both with luxurious linens. Both rooms have remote controlled ceiling fans. The bedrooms share a large "jack and jill" bathroom, which includes a bathtub and separate shower. There is also a convenient half-bath off the main living area.

We are family friendly, and offer a Harmony "Play and Go" portable crib/playpen, and a booster seat which can be attached to a dining chair for the little ones. Our games, books and dvd's are suitable for kids of all ages.

The kitchen is very well-stocked to meet all your culinary needs, and we will supply the coffee and tea to get your morning started! Grocery stores, liquor stores, restaurants and downtown are all within walking distance. Underground heated parking access is available, as well as ski and bike storage. A stone gas fireplace will keep you warm after taking to the slopes in the winter.

Our corner deck includes a barbecue and features incredible views of the Grotto and Lady MacDonald Mountains. Enjoy our large television with a good cable package, excellent WIFI, a DVD player with movies and a good selection of board games for both kids and adults. We are part of a three building condo unit. Two rooftop hot tubs in the adjacent buildings offer spectacular panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains, and there is an indoor hot tub in our building. There is also an exercise room in each building, and Elevation Place is nearby, which has a swimming pool, climbing gym and full fitness centre. The ROAM Transit bus stop is across the street, to take you around Canmore and nearby Banff if you do not want to drive.

In the condo we have a binder including many suggestions on places to explore in the area. Come and indulge yourself in this cozy boutique mountain retreat--you will find out why Canmore has always been our happy place. Please feel free to contact us with any questions. We'd love to hear from you!

Great Location!
Nice property in a great location. The hot tub in the building was not working which would have been nice. Other than that, everything was excellent! We enjoyed being right next to grocery stores and restaurants.

There isn't a bad thing I can say about this property. Everything was as advertised in the listing. The kitchen is very well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was well stocked. The in-unit washer and dryer made having only carry on luggage much easier. With two grocery stores and a liquor store just a two minute walk (if that) from the front door, preparing meals at home is very convenient. It's less than a ten minutes walk to get to downtown Canmore, which is loaded with restaurants and shops. It's about a 20 minute drive to downtown Banff, and while there is an entry fee to the park, a daily pass is good until 4:00 PM the next day, so if you plan carefully, you can get a two for one on the fees. All in all, this was a great place to stay, and we'd gladly stay there again if given the opportunity!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely place. It is well maintained, clean and lots of convenience. Grocery, coffee, restaurants are all walkable. Some of the things you can improve upon is the thermostat or heater. It was always very hot even if we start portable AC and had thermostat to 10 degrees. Thanks for sharing your house .

This was a very well equipped and furnished condo. Its location made it easy to explore the entire Banff area. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay, which had been postponed since 2020 (Covid). The host provided all the information necessary for the accommodation and responded with any additional questions in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was not comfortable enough. After sleeping on it 1st night, I and my partner had severe back pain as the springs were too flex in sofa bed, sinking your back in the bed. We ended up using the mattress of the sofabed on floor, that was more comfortable. The beds in the 2 bedrooms were very comfortable. The entire house was neat and clean and we left it the same. The bathrooms had nice complementary shampoo and shower gels. This condo is very close to grocery store and restaurants which was very convenient. The view from the living room is amazing, you can see mountains!! Overall, good experience.
