Nice hotel
Reception staff was very nice. The room had a bad smell. The taps in the bathroom both in the sink and in the bath tub were too loose and therefore it was difficult to set the right temperature of the water. We booked the room for three people and got only two water bottles. When we asked for a third one, they said that you only give out two complimentary ones which is understandable but not if you book for three people. The pool was a lot of fun for the kids in our group.

Great location and everything was decent. Didn’t bring shampoo and conditioner as all the hotels I’ve stayed at recently had the large on the wall ones. Was shocked when it was just a tiny bottle of conditioning shampoo. The breakfast buffet ($$) was very average for one that is not included.

Older property. Very good staff.
This is an older hotel. And very nice for what you pay. The staff are friendly and courteous the sheets were clean. The bathroom was clean. The microwave and refrigerator work. Because it is in Canmore you get awesome views of the mountains. There is a lot to do nearby. The fitness room needs a pull-up and dip station. And it also needs free weights up to 50 pounds as many hotels have. They also need a bicycle. It could use some upgrades. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

A great choice
This hotel is extremely family friendly. We were able to get early check-in, the room is big enough for a family of 4 (2kids, 2 adults), the pool, slide, and hot tub were a great hit for my kids- they absolutley loved it. The service and staff was great and the breakfast buffet was full of variety and really good.
