hotel has a great location very easy to walk into town we were offered an early check-in this was a great help as I was travelling with kids the pool area needs some TLC, my wife wouldn't join us on the trip as the pool area has a lot of missing grout and the pool has a slimy scum at the top edge. not a big deal for me but its a deal breaker for my wife

Our stay was brief but lovely. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. No continental breakfast and other guests were terribly loud at 6 am in the hallways. The train was very loud as well. I wish the units had a real balcony.

The stay was great. The room (family suite) was perfect for our family of 5. The kids(11 & 14) loved the pool and the arcade and felt safe being there while we were up in the room. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. We will definitely stay there again.

The room stunk like wet dog and wasn’t well maintained. Window was wide open upon arrival the room was freezing but after closing the window and the smell started to fill the room I realized why it was left open. Pool had way too much chlorine and was out of service for half of our stay. Definitely not going back

We loved it as we had dogs during our stay! Pillows are not bad but would be nicer if they are new! Room was clean and smells good! Pool with a slide was great! Hot tub was awesome! Thank you for the dog goodie bag!
