This freshly renovated third-floor one bedroom suite in Canmore‘s Parkland Plaza is a perfect romantic mountain getaway for 2 people. The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay including a fully equipped kitchen, 2 large smart flatscreen TVs, free high speed WiFi, laundry, AC, gas fireplace and a nice patio with table and chairs for a morning coffee or evening cocktails. The large bedroom offers a king size bed with drawers, nightstands with USB ports for charging devices, and a work station with desk and chair. After a day of exploring the Bow Valley, whether it be biking, hiking, skiing, or just walking around, enjoy access to a nice soak in the indoor outdoor hot tub and pool with water slide in the neighboring Grande Rockies Resort. Along with those amenities you also have access to a fitness centre and heated underground parking for one vehicle.

Great place to stay!
We loved our stay here! The condo is close to everything you need in Canmore and only a few minutes away from Banff. The unit was very well-appointed. It's smaller than it appears in the pictures but it's certainly not cramped. Storage is limited (note there are two drawers in the bedframe), so I found it an odd choice to have a desk in the closet space instead of a more useful dresser. But... minor details! If we are lucky enough to come back to the area, we would happily stay here again.

Myself and two daughters came out for the weekend to celebrate our birthdays! A nice short drive from the city to escape to the beautiful mountains. Wonderful hosts, great location, and everything that you could possibly need was in the suite. We look forward to coming out again for our annual trip!!!

Out west adventure
This was the perfect place to stay for our short adventure. Canmore is beautiful. Jon and Karen thought of everything in this hike away from home. The apartment is very welcoming , clean and in an amazing area. We took advantage of the hot tub with our sore hiking legs. I had a lot of little questions and they were always answered so quickly. Although the location was close to city center, the property was in middle of a major road construction project that became a nuisance, noisy, dusty; would have liked to be made aware of it. The unit itself is comfortable. a bottle of wine was a very nice welcome gesture by the hosts. I am not happy with the parking, the reserved parking for the unit took a long time to find and being in another building away from the property is not desirable.

This was our third time staying in this cabin… perfect for our family reunion in Andrews. So clean and well equipped! Location is perfect….. so private along the creek that runs right in front, yet still an easy drive into town or to outdoor activities like hiking and rafting Host responded immediately when the land line went out We’ll be back!!!

Home away from home
This property felt like a home away from home. The details put in, simple home products (coffee, laundry supplies, toiletries), furnishings, and location was a true home treatment. We were able to walk down town, drive easily into the mountains to hike, and use hotel amenities which were great features to this vrbo. The communication was so helpful and made us feel more comfortable in a new location. It was hard to lock the door and leave to head home!

The apartment was perfect with little extras from the owner. The owner was easy to communicate with. The location was perfect! It’s only a quick beautiful drive to Banff. Canmore itself is a beautiful town to walk around in and has nice trails. We stayed a week and loved it! I highly recommend!

Very well equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed, great shower, comfortable sofa. Has everything you need for a vacation. Nice touches such as a welcome bottle of wine, filter jug of water in the refrigerator, shopping bags and a few basic provisions. Excellent, free, washing and drying machines. All towels, sheets etc were good quality. Great location too. Very clean.

We loved our stay; the place was perfect for 2 people. It had everything we needed and we loved the little deck for mornings and drying out gear. Having the parking and washer and dryer helped so much!!! Great hosts!!! So quick to respond and kind!!! Couldn’t have asked for more!!!!
