I have stayed at this place many times, and this was the first time I was assigned a room on the main floor (or basement) with small window (~4 such room in the whole building). I had to pay $15 extra per night to upgrade to what they called superior rooms. I could not tell this at the time of booking and I had no such issues in the past. This is a miscommunication issue (between Expedia, hotel, me) that I was not happy about.

Front desk staff was great, staff all around are amazing. They serve hot breakfast and good coffee. Our beds were amazing. Toiletries are from Rocky Mountain Soap Company. We had a fireplace in our room and complimentary wine for VIP Expedia members. My son really. Enjoyed the indoor pool.

Hotel could be nice, and I understand that sometimes Mai tenancy is required, however our room coffee machine didn’t work, the sauna was closed, the gym was shown online to have cable machines, multiple treadmills, elliptical machine and bikes yet it only had a yoga mat and a treadmill when we got there. Overall fairly disappointed with the amenities.

They had a hockey tourney the weekend I was there so was full of kids especially in the pool area, but otherwise quite clean Breakfast was nice. Staff is helpful
