We had a relaxing 4 night stay in an apartment which unfortunately we didn’t feel it was fully cleaned. As others have said also ………, to stay four nights in a 4star ⭐️hotel to NOT be given clean towels at least every other day is incomprehensible to me. We usually visit Spain / Spanish Isles and even in a three star the towels are changed everyday or every other day. Here not ! We had to use the same towels every day for 4 days which were hand over kitchen chairs - disgusting ! No heated towel rails provided ! No towel rail provided just a plastic clothes horse on a wet / damp balcony.
Before visiting Cannes - we stayed in Nice in a three star hotel for 2 nights and our towels were all changed after the first night.
I think this hotel is missing something here. There are NO pool towels ! Why ? In a 4star ⭐️ serviced -apartment they don’t provide pool towels for guests!

We have to CLEAN our appartment before checking out yet when checking in - it didn’t feel 100 💯 percent clean - there is thick black Mould growing around the bedroom window (photos to prove) which has been there I’m assuming since the previous Autumn / Winter maybe due to no one staying in the property and airing the bedroom? I kept the window open mostly to air the Apartment as there is not a fan in the shower.
We had a nice time with our three kids because Cannes is fun and this apartment is in a great location, we had a good time - apartment served our family well, but not perfect
