Enclosed private terrace area with table and chairs and sun shade for two. Can be moved beyond the terrace onto the lawn that overlooks the holding and chicken coup.
Laundry facilities are available on arrangement in the garage behind the lodge. Including provision of Iron and ironing board.

Great location for seeing Canterbury and the sights
We were made to feel very welcome at The Roost, it was very clean and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Located in quiet countryside just outside Canterbury, it was the ideal location to see the city and the seaside. It was lovely to wake up and see the hens outside. Our hosts were lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
