The desk clerk was very nice and helpful. The hotel itself is very. Extremely old appearing it smelled a little bit musty. Overall the stay was fine.

Decent enough for the price
The place was pretty much what I expected for the price. I was basically just looking for a place to sleep for several hours before getting back on the road. The staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable enough. The tea and oatmeal in the morning was a nice bonus. Don’t expect five stars when staying at places like this but if the price is right, it’s worth it for a bed and shower in the morning.

This place was about 50 years out datrd. The parking lotvwas a joke. It was very sketchy neighborhood. Our room had a strange smell. When i went to pick up my suitcase a cockroach was smashed on the bed. The towles were dinghy white. I really believe it was way over priced for what we had to sleep in.

For the rate they offering, it’s not worth it. This hotel should not be more than 65 dollar a night. And font desk were very nasty attitude. I only asked and want to know why she need my card, I already paid through Orbits, she were saying it’s for incidentals, which I understand, but for that room, their is nothing to be incident of, and their she were really mean as I am so tired after long drive checking in midnight. She were not for customers confort, she is seeking some rudeness and very direct, she even told me I told you we don’t have no elevator as I was going wrong way to my room. As I am checking out she were the were there and I asked for receipts, she is your or it’s going to give you. Wow. I will not have this hotel in my list if I were you Orbits. Your reputation is at ricks in my opinion.

The manager was difficult to work with. I felt as though we were inconveniencing her even when it came to having enough towels to meet our basic needs. I had a room reserved for 4 and we were given 3 towels. That was not the only situation we encountered. She accommodated us but I really did not feel like a welcomed guest.

The staff was good enough. Not super friendly, but not rude. My room was clean and comfortable. What really made it a great experience is that it had a separate little sink by the microwave and a fridge. Which made my stay super convenient since I needed to cook while in town. The fridge is not a mini fridge,like the one’s you put on a counter. It’s a good size little fridge. above that was the counter with a microwave and a mini sink next to it. Which made it awesome, that way you’re not watching your food/dishes on the same sink you use to wash her hands after using the bathroom. LOL I have been coming to this area since I was a teenager. It’s a pretty good safe area overall. It’s not a fancy hotel, but it definitely is safe. Which makes it so nice, it doesn’t break the bank while still being a safe place.

I liked the staff being personable and easy check in, softness of beds and cold ac and cold mini fridge. But there were multiple issues. We felt unsafe because our room was connecting and the between rooms door bolt lock was loose and not a tight fitting lock. The front door locking was also flimsy. Broken wall light swinging on its hinge, flickering and popping from light above fridge, wallpaper not securely glued to the walls, stains, bed runner and lumbar pillow were not clean, carpet tears and also sticky. We did not stay for the breakfast. Spend $25 more and book a nicer hotel.
