You won't believe this cozy, farmhouse/modern bungalow that is only one block from downtown! Newly remodeled, 2-bedroom on a shady corner lot. A short walk to your choice of several outstanding restaurants, a world famous coffee shop, beautiful boutiques, a great thrift store, an old-fashioned soda shop, a bookstore, a pastry shop and many other attractions. Canyon's town square hosts many activities including a farmer's market, movie night, parades, etc. All complete with many, yummy food trucks. Canyon is also the home of Palo Duro Canyon State park, the "Texas " outdoor musical , and West Texas A and M University.. A 20 minute drive gets you to Westgate Mall and surrounding shopping and dining. Visit Cadillac Ranch, The Big Texan Steak House,and Wonderland Amusement Park,and a zoo. This location was amazing. The bungalow was well kept, clean, and comfortable. Host thoughtfully had small things that other places don't leave for guests... Coffee, creamer, popcorn, sundries. Location was easy access to everything from Amarillo to Palo Duro Canyon. Best VRBO experience ever!

Beautiful cosy house
We spent a few days at this beautiful house over Christmas and it was so cosy and warm and beautifully finished. The whole space just felt really cared for and we were so happy to spend lots of time in this house cooking and watching films on the huge TV. The king bed was so comfy too. We would definitely recommend this home. The old square was very quaint and just a 5 min walk away. We were staying in Canyon as we wanted to visit the Palo Duro Canyon, which was so close (a short drive) and really stunning.

We absolutely loved staying here. The house is charming with high end finishes and accessories. They went above and beyond on this one. We enjoyed walking our dog in the neighborhood and the town square, which is just a few blocks away. It’s convenient to food and groceries. Couldn’t ask for a better deal. NSO weekend
Great location, love this property. Worked great for two moms traveling up for NSO. Our daughters stayed with us on Saturday evening after the weekend on campus was over. Might be a tight fit for 4 adults sharing one jack-n-jill bathroom but 2 moms and two daughters held up beautifully.

Trip to the canyon
We wanted the feel of an iconic western small town while convient to other interests in the area, & Canyon delivers just that! The downtown bungalow was very tastefully decorated, matching all the photos!!! The owner has thought of so many extras. From biscuts & jelly, coffee, tea, snacks, to extra hygiene products in the bathroom, you walk in feeling welcome & at home!!! The bungalow is walking distance from the square which has great shops & restaurants. It's also convenient to West Texas A & M while on a college visit. While there be sure to explore the Palo duro Canyon, Amarillo, as well as stopping by the Buzzy Bee farm to sample their meade & honey products!!! Thanks again for a great place to stay!! Adorable, clean house
Glenda was a great host. It was perfect for going back and forth to watch our son play his games at WT. It was a 5 minute drive to campus and very close to the square as well. House was a good size with nice kitchen & backyard. It had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!
