Never Again
First assigned room had no closet. Moved to stand alone room at back of parking lot. Big closet but only two hangars and when asked for more, only got three more between two persons that more hooks had to be installed. Bathroom had no heat or ventilation, and no door hangar. Incident with person who delivered hangars and more tissue...delivered them in the bathroom while I (female) was in the shower!!! Mom specifically said not to go in but apparently there was a language issue accoeding to the second delivery person who said they would take care of it... whatever that meant. Seems to me NO is universally understood! Bed was hard. Won't stay again.

The hotel was perfectly located for what we did while we stayed there. The service and room was great. The breakfast was good. Palo Duro Canyon State Park is worth your while. It’s absolutely beautiful. The area around WTAMU is nice. Downtown Canyon is cute. We will definitely stay here again.

Walked in to check in and was attended with a smile and a welcome. Check in was quick and easy ( Ialready had a paid reservation) First thing I noticed when I pulled into the property was how clean it was. When i walked in it was also properly clean and smelled nice. We were also greated with a welcome bag that contained two snacks and two water, very unexpected, but if anit customer service i didnt know what to tell ya. Also asked how are day was and we talk briefly about our day and come to find out he also has been to Palo Duro Canyon. All this while checking in. Five stars from me. Keep up the good work.

Very Nice Very Nice!
We had an excellent stay. We had a King Suite that was comfortable, clean, quiet and welcoming. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was typical, but warm and fresh with plenty of choices. The pool is well kept and family friendly. The location is close to site seeing in the area as well as dining options. We'll stay here again.
