The open floor plan on the first floor makes it easy to enjoy each other's company no matter what–even the chef of the group will be there to share fun times with you all. The living room is the perfect place to create everlasting memories. Equipped with comfortable furniture (two recliners and a sofa), a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with streaming services, and direct access to a private balcony, this is the place to be.

The kitchen is well equipped with all the essential appliances and cookware to show your guests how much you love them by treating them to a savory meal. There is a convenient six-person dining table near the kitchen to make mealtime even more convenient. This level also boasts a small laundry nook with a washer/dryer combo and a half bathroom.

Upstairs, you'll find the two bedrooms available in this condo, each one with an ensuite full bathroom. Only the main bedroom offers access to a private balcony.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
