Got to the hotel at 2:30, and walked in through all of the staff having a break right in front of the main entrance. Went into the lobby and asked to check in, but they said they couldn’t until 3pm. Came back later and there was no one at the desk. Rang the bell a few times and got no reply… finally called the hotel and got an employee to come check me in. Area around the property is not great, and parking is limited

The bed in room 229 is HORRIBLE. Some FAT person has sunk in it in on the right side of the bed. It was totally uncomfortable.

I’d stay there again.
It’s a nice place to rest your head. Very clean and great customer service. The walls are really thin though, and it does not have the best parking situation. The pool was closed when we went, so can’t really talk about everything. We went to a show at the casino and this was close by and affordable. Overall a good experience

I have to say this was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever experienced!! Even though I didn't get to stay during this trip!! I unfortunately had to stay at home in Fernley, NV with my twin boys while my fiance got our old dog back. Long story short, my fiance had to drive up towards Seattle, WA to get our old dog back that we had before we had our twin boys. We unfortunately had to give her up to one of my friends because my home in Vegas wasn't big enough for her and our boys at that time. So she wouldn't have gotten the attention and care she needed, eventually got given to someone else after that, and the person that had her last, moved up towards Washington late fall last year (2023), and our old dog was stuck in the pound for over 2 weeks before my fiance got her April (2024). While my fiance was staying here during his trip getting her, the hotel staff made sure his stay was comfortable, had a clean room, and Donna who I believe is the manager was very welcoming of our dog coming home and gave her, her own doggy gift bag for staying!! She did that on her own. She informed me that's something they're working on in the future. The restaurants around town were also very friendly and nice. I highly recommend staying here for your stay in the future!! The only thing I will say is be mindful of the Breakfast. It starts at 7am and It's just quick grab and go stuff like muffins, cereal, fruit, etc. They were nice enough to give him coffee at least at 5am!!

Although the property could use alot of upgrades the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The rooms are quite spacious as well. The best part of this hotel is Brittany at front desk. Can't say enough about how extremely nice and informative she was.

Avoid this place at all cost!!
Our room was very old, run down, and in need of updating and deep cleaning. Refrigerator was old, stove very used. Kitchen cabinets were gross and wood exposed shelving. The TV didn’t work. Figured out coax cable was missing. Called desk for cable and connected ourselves. Our toilet backed up and overflowed. Receptionist was called. We were assured repairman would be up. 3+ hour later returned to our room to find nothing done. Front desk change of shift tried to figure out how to handle the situation while managing desk. Finally found tools for my husband to repair himself. (She was helpful and apologetic and cleaned the flooded floors herself). Would NOT recommend this place. Should NOT have the Wyndham name attached and SHOULD be remodeled and deep cleaned at minimum.
