Fall in love w Caorle through this beautiful apartment
Centrally located walk to everything. Restaurant are just a few feet away and so many stores. Beach is very close too. We enjoyed the space and decor . It’s very clean too. My family enjoyed everything.

Appartement spacieux et très plaisant idéalement placé ! Proche de la plage et des nombreux restaurants du centre historique. Le parking est un vrai plus et nous avons pu oublié la voiture pour une semaine. Seul bémol, pas de wifi ou de connexion internet dans l'appartement

Weekend veloce
Soggiorno di 2 notti con la famiglia, per chi come noi ama Caorle la posizione è favolosa, gli spazi ampi e ben curati, il tutto molto confortevole, il posto auto coperto è ottimo soprattutto in stagione visto la carenza di parcheggio a Caorle. Poi una vista mozzafiato sul centro storico incornicia il tutto.

2eme année pour nous dans cet appartement! Très bien agencé , très bien situé, 3 climatisations ce qui est plutôt un luxe! Génial de pouvoir se balader tous les soirs dans les belles rues de Caorle sans avoir 50km à faire, tout est au pied de l’appartement! Rien a dire, séjour excellent !

tolle Lage, ruhig und mit Tiefgarage
super Lage, ruhig obwohl im Stadtzentrum, schnell am Meer, leider Fahrräder vor Ort nicht fahrbereit, Toilette im Hauptbad ging erst nicht, nach Reparatur lief das Wasser permanent nach. Umsteller Dusche/Wanne Brause defekt und konnte nicht repariert werden. Kein WC Papier vor Ort beim Ankommen, auch die Klimaanlage in den Räumen war aus, dadurch waren die Räume komplett überhitzt. Leider kein Toaster vor Ort, obwohl in der Beschreibung erwähnt. Ventilator in der Küche defekt, wurde zwar schnell ein neuer bestellt, den wir zusammengebaut haben und dann zum Glück funktionierte. Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und Küche wunderbar groß und schön. Betten und Duschen im Obergeschoss sind nur für kleiner Kinder, da Dachschräge für Erwachsene zu niedrig ist. Offene Treppe macht es schwer dort Kinder alleine schlafen zu lassen. Die Lage in Caorle ist super, ob man Strand oder Stadt genießen will. Tiefgarage ist gleich in der Nähe und sehr praktisch. Absprache mit Besitzerin lief auch gut. Ruhige Lage und trotzdem mitten drin. Mit dem Vorwissen hätten wir uns vorbereitet und würden dann bestimmt wieder kommen.

Fantastyczne wakacje
Bardzo wygodny i niesamowicie położony (bardzo blisko morza i w klimatycznym miejscu) apartament z pięknym widokiem na zabytkową wieżę. Wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy było w apartamencie - bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Niektóre pomieszczenia wymagają odświeżenia czy drobnych napraw - szczególnie spłuczka toalety w głównej łazience i prysznic w wannie. Jednak położenie apartamentu wiele wynagradza!!

Schöner Aufenthalt (Mängel für uns nicht sehr störend, aber verbesserbar)
Die Wohnung ist günstig in der Altstadt gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist für eine Ferienwohnung sehr hochwertig, wurde vermutlich ursprünglich von den Besitzern selbst genutzt. Wir hatten eine schöne Ferienwoche in Caorle und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Damit andere Nutzer sich noch ein Genaueres Bild machen können, die weiteren Angaben: Der Platz in der Garage ist in Caorle eine große Hilfe. Allerdings hatten wir mit unserem Audi A 6 anfangs große Mühe aus der Garage zu fahren, da es nur wenig Platz dafür gibt. Wie schon beschrieben, sind die sanitären Anlagen nicht ganz in Ordnung. Bei uns lief zunächst die ganze Zeit das Wasser in der Toilette. Dies störte auch den Nachbarn, der uns entnervt abends sind Leid klagte, dass er so nicht schlafen könne. Wir haben dann notdürftig das Wasser in der Toilette für ihn blockiert. Angeblich ist das Problem aber schon lange bekannt. Die Wohnung ist hochwertig eingerichtet- für Erwachsene sehr gut. Für unsere Kinder ( 5 und 7) war es o.k., allerdings muss man dann aufpassen z.B. u.a. bei der verglasten Vitrine. Das Obergeschoss war für unsere Kinder gut, es ist aber tatsächlich sehr niedrig. Der Balkon ist nett, abends gab es aber leider kein Licht bzw. haben wir kein Licht gefunden. Der Tisch ist in der Mitte so hochgewölbt wahrscheinlich durch die Witterung etc., dass es gerade noch gelingt, die Teller zu plazieren, ohne dass diese herunterrutschen. In der Wohnung insgesamt war es nicht besonders sauber: So gab es z.B. Haare im Ausfluss der Jacuzzi, die wir nicht benutzt haben. Der Wasserstrahl wäre dort zum Duschen auch zu schwach gewesen. Gestört haben uns v.a. die vielen Essensreste in der Küche: Angebrochene Marmeladegläser etc. Es scheint so, als sei ein ganzes Schrankregal nicht aufgeräumt bzw. geputzt worden. Vorteilhaft waren die vielen Putzmittel, Müllbeutel etc. die sich dafür auch in den Küchenschränken fanden

Appartement très bien situé
Très bien situé dans la zone piétonne. Malgré l’animation des magasins ouverts tardivement , il n’y a aucun bruit dans l’appartement, petit bémol pour le clocher qui sonne ses cloches entre 6h et 7h dépend des matins…. L’appartement est grand , les lits sont très confortables. Très bien équipé! Quelques petits soucis de débits d’eau dans la salle de bain principale. Nous avons passé 2 semaines excellentes ! Nous recommandons sans hésitations cette location

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mitten in Caorle!
Wir verbrachten eine Woche Urlaub mit unserer Familie (2 Erwachsene + 3 Kinder) im August 2020 in dieser Wohnung. Der Kontakt zur Barbara (Vermieterin) und zur Agentur vor Ort war einwandfrei. Die Klimaanlage war zwar anfangs defekt, dies wurde aber nach dem Anruf gleich zeitnah repariert. Der Urlaub war insgesamt sehr schön und wir kommen gerne wieder! Vorteile: - sehr zentrale Lage - Tiefgarage ist unweit von der Wohnung entfernt - Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe - Aussicht von der Wohnung - schöne Küche - viel Platz (die wenigen) Nachteile: - die Schaltung für das Duschwasser im unteren Stockwerk ist defekt und sollte repariert werden - die Badetücher sind etwas zu klein

Bellissimo appartamento in centro storico a Caorle, peccato solo per le pulizie preliminari decisamente poco accurate e per i posti letto non effettivi. Al piano superiore il mansardato è decisamente troppo basso, rendendo i due posti letto più comodi per bambini che per adulti, ed il divano letto è ad una piazza e non due. D’altra parte l’appartamento è davvero molto bello, in pieno centro storico ma molto silenzioso. Ci è piaciuto molto

Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub
Eine schöne große Wohnung, hochwertig eingerichtet, nur die Bäder müssten mal überholt werden. Das Stromnetz ist ziemlich schwach. Wenn größere Verbraucher gemeinsam betrieben werden fällt die Hauptsicherung. Diese muss im Hausflur mit einem Stab wieder reingedrückt werden. Eine in Deutschland übliche Kaffeemaschine gibt es nicht, sondern die für Italien typischen Espresso-Kocher. Zur Info: die Wohnung hat keinen Toaster, keinen Wasserkocher, kein WLAN und keine deutschen Fernsehprogramme. Zur Kinderbeschäftigung also ruhig ein paar Spiele oder auch DVD‘s einpacken. Ganz toll ist der zur Wohnung gehörige Tiefgaragenplatz. Allerdings muss man sein Gepäck und die Einkäufe von dort etwa 150m bis zum Haus und dann die recht schmale Treppe hoch tragen. Anfangs etwas nervig waren die Kirchenglocken, die jeden (!) Morgen um 06:45 Uhr läuten, nach einigen Tagen hatten wir uns daran jedoch weitestgehend gewöhnt. Schön wären für ein paar Fenster Insektengitter, weil es ziemlich viele Mücken gibt. Wir waren nach 2 Wochen ordentlich zerstochen. Seinen Müll darf man erst abends nach 23 Uhr raus stellen. Caorle ist ein sehr schöner Ort mit vielen Geschäften, Restaurants und Eisdielen (am leckersten fanden wir es im Casa del Gelato!). Abends bis in die Nacht rein ist wahnsinnig viel los im Ort. Der Weg zum Strand ist von der Wohnung aus sehr kurz, man kann dort gut liegen und findet immer noch einen Platz. Am besten Sonnenschirm und Decken einpacken, die Liegen dort sind nämlich sehr teuer. Für die üblichen Einkäufe gibt es einige Supermärkte, die mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar sind. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub!

Super Urlaub in Caorle
Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem Apartment verbracht. Die Lage ist sehr schön. Störend waren allerdings die Kirchenglocken die bereits um 6:45 Uhr täglich läuteten und auch am Nachmittag ständig ertönten. Diese haben unsere Kinder täglich geweckt, was sehr nervend war. Zudem musste man 2 Liegen und 1 Sonnenschirm um einen reinen Abzockerpreis zu 92 € für 6 Tage kaufen, das ist eine Unverschämtheit. Aber das soll das Apartment nicht schmälern das auf einen deutlich überdurchschnittlichen Stand gegenüber anderen Apartments an der Adria ist.

Schöne Wohnung in Caorle
Sehr schöne Wohnung in Caorle. Mitten im Zentrum. Eigentlich auch sehr ruhig. Wir hatten nur Pech, da gerade 150 m entfernt eine große Baustelle ist, die recht früh mit dem Arbeiten beginnen. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, vor allem in der Küche. Wenn man beide Bäder zusammen benutzt lässt der Wasserdruck und die Temperatur nach. Aber ansonsten ein sehr schönes Objekt.

Tolle Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt und gleich am Meer
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und zentral gelegen. Der nahegelegene Starnd ist optimal für Kinder. Sehr breiter Sandstrand viele frei zugängliche Spielplätze. Es hat uns sehr gefallen.
