Perfect accommodation and location
Lovely house, in a quiet cul-de-sac but in a central location, close to restaurants, shops and the beach. The Villa is modern, very clean and well maintained and is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return. Recommend you rent bikes to take advantage of the fantastic bike routes around Capbreton

Amazing property in a great location
This property is the nicest rental we have ever stayed in. The house is big and airy. All appliances, beds, furnishings etc are high spec which makes it a lovely experience to stay here. There is a lovely pool and terrace at the property. The location is great, a quiet residential street located close to the village of CapBreton - 10 mins walk. Itā€™s close to the beaches and excellent bike paths. Highly recommend this property.

Another great stay
This is the second time we have stayed at this house and we loved it even more. The house is clean, practical and everyone loves the pool. It is an short walk to the village of Capbreton and we hired bikes to visit all the local places. We had a relaxing fun family holiday.

Perfect house for a family holiday
We had a great two weeks stay here with our 3 children (in their 20's). The beaches near are brilliant for surfing, it is just a 10 minute walk into Capbreton centre and it was a good base to visit the Pyrenees, San Sebastian, Biarritz etc. The pool was clean and used everyday! The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday.

Amazing
2 couples + 2 babbies + 1 dog We all really enjoyed our stay The owners were very friendly and welcoming. They explained everything about the villa. The Contemporary fully finished villa was much better than expected - the pictures do not do it justice Pool was warm and clean Village centre was 10 minutes walk away Beach was 20 minutes walk away We fully recommend. 6 stars!

Toller Urlaub in wunderbarer Lage
Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt in dem sehr schƶn ausgestatteten Haus. Die Lage ist perfekt fĆ¼r allerlei AusflĆ¼ge in die Umgebung. Der Strand und die Innenstadt sind fusslƤufig zu erreichen. Der Pool ist spitze. Der Grill ebenso. Vielen Dank fĆ¼r die schƶne Zeit.

GroƟzĆ¼gige Villa mit Pool nƤhe FussgƤngerzone/Canal und Strand
Nette Gastgeber, die auf unsere BedĆ¼rfnisse eingegangen sind und auf Fragen schnell reagiert haben. Das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse, also sehr ruhig. Die Terasse mit Pool ist optimal ausgerichtet , man hat vom FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck bis zum Abendessen Sonne. Die Terasse ist zum Teil Ć¼berdacht, was bei Regen super ist, da man trotzdem schƶn drauƟen sitzen kann. Der Pool ist beheizt und war auch fĆ¼r uns Anfang Oktober nutzbar. Er muss abends wieder abgedeckt werden, um die WƤrme zu halten, entsprechend morgens dann wieder geƶffnet mit einer Handkurbel. Es gab fĆ¼r die Kinder reichlich Wassertiere und BƤlle zum Spielen im Pool. Das Haus ist groƟzĆ¼gig geschnitten, die Zimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hell und freundlich und mit Schrank (viel Stauraum) sowie elektrischen RolllƤden zur Verdunklung versehen. Die Betten sind bequem. BƤder gibt es oben und unten, ebenfalls getrennte WCs. Oben funktionierte die Whirlpool-Funktion der Badewanne nicht, das hat uns aber nicht gestƶrt. Unsere Kinder im Teenageralter hatten die Zimmer. Es hƤtte noch ein Stockbett im groƟen Flurbereich vor dem Bad im 1. Stock gegeben. Das haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Hervorzuheben ist v.a. Der viele Stauraum - im EG gibt es einen Garagenraum mit Waschmaschine, Handwaschbecken und vielen SchrƤnken. Das war prima, um unseren ganzen Strand- und Fahrradkram unterzubringen. Im Anschluss ist ein zweiter Abstellraum, in welchem die Poolsachen und das Putzzeug lagerten. Die KĆ¼che ist super ausgestattet. Kurzum: man hat alles, was man braucht. Das Auto kann man im abgeschlossenen Hof parken. In die Stadt mit kleiner FuƟgƤngerzone, Markthalle, verschiedenen BƤckereien und einem Carrexour express und zum Kanal geht es mit dem Rad in 2-3 Min. Von dort kann man am Kanal entlang mit dem Rad ca. 1,5 km zum Hafen und der Fischhalle fahren. Auch am wunderschƶnen Strand zum Surfen oder zu den Fahrradrouten Richtung SĆ¼den ist es nicht weit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt und die Zeit sehr genossen! Absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekter Urlaub am Atlantik
Uns hat das Haus sehr gut gefallen.Im Haus war alles sehr schƶn und es hatte eine tolle Einrichtung und in der KĆ¼che hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool war sauber und die Terrasse schƶn zum relaxen. Ausserdem gab es einen sehr schƶnen Elektrogrill. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und herzlich .Wir habenuns auf Anhieb gut verstanden,auch wenn wir uns mit dem GoogleĆ¼bersetzer verstƤndigt haben
