Townhouse of 120 m2. habitable and 3 terraces of 30 m2. with wonderful views over the bay of Cala Agulla, located on the seafront in a quiet area and a few minutes from downtown. It has 3 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds and 1 with a single bed and a removable bed), 2 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet, living room with satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet and stereo equipment , kitchen equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and small appliances. Laundry with washer and dryer. 2 terraces, one of them with sea views, a rooftop solarium with beautiful views of the bay and beach of Cala Agulla. The house has hot / cold air conditioning, underground parking and terrace furniture (tables, chairs and sun loungers). Five minutes walk to the small cove suitable for swimming in Cala Lliteras where there is a diving school, and 15 minutes walk along a pedestrian walk to the beach of Cala Agulla.

Sehr schönes , gepflegtes Haus nah am Meer
Das schöne Haus für 6 Personen mit Meerblick war sehr gepflegt und alle Geräte ( z.B. Waschmaschine,Trockner, Mikrowelle, Toaster ) in sehr gutem Zustand. Großer Kühlschrank, viel Geschirr und Küchenuntensilien, Klimaanlagen funktionierten schnell und gut. Es war noch geräumiger als gem. Fotos erwartet. Man kann sowohl den Cala Agulla Strand ( über die schöne Promenade) als auch Cala Rajada Hafen ( Zentrum ) in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen.Der/die netten Vermieter:in haben sich um alles , auch kurzfristige Wünsche, persönlich, konkret und pünktlich gekümmert. Obwohl wir durch eine Flugverschiebung erst spät abends ankamen, war der Vermieter persönlich bei der Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort und hat uns noch die wichtigsten Sachen erklärt. Wir haben uns als gern gesehene Gäste gefühlt und kommen gerne noch einmal wieder und können das Haus auch unseren Freunden und Verwandten bedenkenlos empfehlen.

Gutes Haus mit toller Aussicht.
Ein Reihenhaus mit typisch spanischer, einfacher Einrichtung. Ruhige Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse. Voll ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Trockner, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Klimaanlagen (kalt/warm) und großem Kühlschrank, in dem sogar zum Empfang eine Flasche Cava kaltgestellt war. Vermieter war sowohl zum Check-in als auch zum Check-out persönlich vor Ort. Auch zwischendurch war der Vermieter mehrmals da, fragte nach eventuellen Problemen/Sorgen und brachte zusätzliche Handtücher (die erste Grundausstattung war doch etwas knapp bemessen). Soweit wir es beurteilen können (wir haben NICHT im Haus gekocht), war die Kücher gut ausgestattet. Die Bilder der Panoramen von den Terrassen stimmen wirklich - nichts ist hier geschönt.

Schönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage
Das typisch mallorquinische Haus entspricht der Beschreibung, ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, bietet einen tollen Ausblick, der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen, sehr gerne wieder!

Schöne Zeit
Die Ferienwohnung ist super schön mit echt tollem Ausblick. Wir haben jeden Tag auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt und uns auch viel auf der Dachterrasse gebräunt. In 3 min war man in einer kleinen Bucht für einen Morgenschwimm.

Großartige Lage. Tolles Haus. Sehr netter Vermieter. Absolut empfehlenswert.
Wir waren im Winter dort, alles sehr gut und auch warm genug. Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Vermieter hat wirklich an alles gedacht, selbst Bügeleisen, Orangenpresse, Pürierstab, etc. Alles sehr ordentlich. Zudem kleine Aufmerksamkeiten zur Begrüßung und zum Abschied.
