This is an open concept living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The second level includes a surprise second living area. This is perfect for familes with children who can have their own space (the kids will love the foosball table), or an area to unwind, read a book and enjoy some down time. There are 2 additiional bedrooms and the couch in the upstairs living area is a pull out sofa. The full upstairs bath has a double sink and a bathtub. An added bonus is the large outdoor shower to rinse off after a day on the beach. The driveway accommodates multiple cars and recreational vehicles.
Downtown Cape Charles is 2 short miles and offers a beautiful town beach, a free fishing pier, 2 marina's, loads of shopping, restaurants, theater, bakeries, ice cream shops, bait & tackle , Saturday concerts in the park, a childrens playground and so much more.
