"Tranquil Tides"-4BR, 3BA, beautiful home with private beach access!

"Tranquil Tides" is a newly updated, pet-friendly vacation rental located in the Colony Village of Bay Creek Golf Resort and will be ready for your group starting June 1st! Enjoy the views of the Chesapeake Bay & guaranteed stunning sunsets. The soft-sand private beach is just a short walk away, where you can soak up the sun & the calm waves of the Bay. "Tranquil Tides" comfortably sleeps up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. There are two bedrooms located on the 1st floor, which includes a primary suite with a comfortable king bed and another bedroom that has a twin/king bunk bed with direct access to a full bath. Going upstairs, to the right, you will see a open layout with a spacious living room, dining room & well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. This area is perfect for your group to gather for relaxation & meals. To the left you will see an open area with bean bag chairs where the younger group can unwind. The 2nd floor has two bedrooms, both furnished with queen beds, with a Jack & Jill bathroom. "Tranquil Tides" has 3-levels of decks with a screen porch off the 2nd-floor living room.
Just a few minutes from the Historic Area of Cape Charles offering casual and fine dining including fresh seafood, BBQ, pizza, Italian, sushi, American Southern-style cuisine, bakeries, fudge, amazing ice cream, and Hawaiian style shaved ice. Plus, boutiques, art galleries, library, Park with bandstand, fishing pier, museum, live theatre, free summer band concerts, 3rd Thursday festivities at the Cape Charles beach, 4th of July parades, Friday Night at Lemon Tree, Grand Illumination, Festive Fridays, Lighted Golf Cart Parade at Christmas and New Years Eve activities including the Cape Charles Crab Pot Drop countdown.
At Tranquil Tides, guests will have full access of Bay Creek free amenities (not the Life Center or Fitness Center), including community swimming pool, tennis/pickleball courts, soft sand private beach, 350 acre Nature Preserve with trails & kayak launch. You may book tee times at the Resort Guest Rate (currently $145 Mon-Thurs after 10AM and $145 Friday-Sunday and Holidays after 11AM). You will receive an email with a form to fill out & submit.
