Located in the quiet north of Cape Coral, Villa Waterfront not only offers scenic lake views. Here, up to 6 guests can sit back and relax – in close proximity to Cape Coral´s shops, restaurants and parks, yet with a high level of privacy.

The Villa features 3 bedrooms: one with a king size bed, the other two with queen size beds. Every bedroom has its own bath with shower and bathtub, and from the master bedroom, you can directly access the lanai.

There, you will find another highlight: The solar-heated pool is perfect for swimming; sun chairs are available, safety is guaranteed by a pool fence, and thanks to the Cage, the special fencing around the pool area, insects are effectively kept away and UV rays are reduced. Recently, a spa has been added, so you can treat yourself to some bubbling relaxation in the evening.

Guests are more than welcome to use the villa´s barbecue grill. Just take a seat at the spacious lanai table with room for 6 people; or would you like to enjoy your meals inside? Thanks to the cozy dining area, this is no problem, either.

Of course, the kitchen comes with everything you need to take care of your loved ones: including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, plates and cutlery. You will also find a coffee machine and a toaster – as well as a spacious counter with chairs, ideal for socializing or preparing meals together.

Do you want to relax with your friends in a cozy environment? Then, you will love the living room with sofas and a large flat-screen TV. However, the villa´s location also lends itself to outdoor activities: Situated right next to the house is a boat ramp where you can launch your kayak and explore scenic canals. Adjacent Saratoga Park features a playground, and for even more exciting fun, we recommend the Sun Splash Family Water Park, just a 5-minute drive away.

Equally close are the supermarkets Aldi, Publix and Walmart – plus countless shops, banks, restaurants and bars on nearby Pine Island Road.
You want to rent a boat during your vacation? Perfect! We have the right deal for you: All customers renting a vacation home at our website will receive a 10 % coupon via e-mail. This coupon can then be redeemed at our boat rental. The minimum rental period for most of our boats is 1 day, but of course, long-term rentals are no problem, either. Our pickup point is located only 5 minutes away from open waters. You want to have the boat delivered to your vacation home? This is also possible for rental periods of 2 days or more.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES:
1. The use of the boat dock and the boat lift (if available) is only allowed for insurance reasons when renting boats from Vacation in Florida Inc. House customers will receive a 10 % coupon via e-mail after booking for our offers on boatrental-capecoral.com
2. The price does not include electricity consumption. Electricity consumption will be charged after departure with 15ct. per Kwh. Consumption varies depending on the time of year as well as the use of the pool heater and air conditioning. The average cost of electricity per week is $35-$50.
3. Cleaning of the grill is not included in the cleaning fee. We ask you to clean the grill yourself after use. Cleaning by our cleaning team will be charged with additional $50. We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper, detergent and garbage bags free of charge for the first 2-3 days of your stay.
4. In case of a cancellation, we charge a handling fee of 5% on the payment amount already made. This fee is automatically offset against the refund.
5. The personal on-site check-in usually takes place the day after your arrival between 9:00 - 11:00 am and it is mandatory. The person who made the booking must be present in person and must be able to identify himself/herself (identity card).
