Our kids were not welcome however there was a baby crying and the Next Door unit. Also woke up to take a shower and had no bar soap.

Perfect place for us!
Very centrally located (walking distance to the great farmers market, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc!) and easy to find and access. It’s small, as advertised, and all we needed. Very well stocked kitchen/laundry, including coffee, creamer, spices, detergent, softener. Very clean. Comfortable bed, newly remodeled bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and more, including hair ties! Well done. We’ll be back.

TV had no instructions so couldn't operate easily. Rain shower head is low and inconvenient. Extra large closet was nice for storing luggage.

We arrived to a cute, fully furnished, (with everything you need) small unit. Our host was available to take care of any questions and issues. Tastefully decorated, nice linens and towels, mini washer and dryer, which worked great. I didn't figure out how to use the top, so I just used the microwave. We enjoyed our stay.

Very clean and sufficient place for our stay. It is small, but was all we needed for our two nights. We felt safe in the area and check in and out was easy. Contact and communication with host was prompt and property pictures were accurate.

Studio stay
Studio was very clean and tastefully decorated. Bed was perfect for me. My husband thought it was to soft. Yes, we would stay again. Small but since we were there short time and gone all day it was perfect and reasonably priced.

Everything was to small.
Everything was too small. The cooktop didn't work very well. Bedframe in the center of it is broken. Air conditioner is not working correctly. We will not stay here again.

Great property
It was a wonderful property, perfect for our short stay. Most anything you would need was provided. We could have used some washcloths for the bathroom and sugar for coffee/tea, but otherwise everything we needed. Perfect location with many restaurants close by and a pretty short trip to the beach once it’s back open. Easy trip into Fort Meyers or Naples. Would highly recommend.

The Cute studio in Cape Coral was terrific. It is like a large motel room with a nice kitchenette. It has a washer/dryer in a separate little room within the room. It is in a quiet neighborhood, with stores and restaurants nearby. It’s an easy drive to Jet Blue Park. The property manager was readily accessible, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend this property. Just book it.

Property not ready with kitchen basics such as bowls plates for small microwave, spatula to turn over eggs, can opener, potato peeler, no bath soap, shampoo, toilet paper, laundry soap, few hangers, no toaster, no directions to use cooktop, glasses not clean, very “pilled” sheets, no shower mat, host would only text rather than talk to me, no programming for the “smart TV. No place to sit to eat meals. Three units with only one chair to sit on the porch, no table anywhere, no extras like water in fridge. Very overpriced for what I actually had to go out to buy! One star is very generous from us.
