This spacious condo has southern exposure and wonderful views overlooking the inter-coastal water way, Calhousahacchee River, Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. Cape Harbour Marina is the place to be with its excellent waterfront restaurants, upscale boutiques, art gallery and a salon/spa. There is plenty to do with 2 pools, clubhouse, bbq grills, basketball court, tennis courts and fitness facility. Area is conducive to walking, jogging or bike riding. Boat and bike rentals, kayak rental, fishing charters, and sunset tours as well as weekly live outdoor entertainment, right on site at Cape Harbour. Convenient drive to Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Captiva, and Pine Island. Supermarkets, stores, shopping, restaurants, banks, pharmacy's, etc., all just a short drive away.
Primary Renter must be at least 27 years old. At time of booking:
* Sign our rental agreement
* Provide valid photo IDs of every guest at or over the age of 18 within 48 hours of booking, or booking will be cancelled
Please NOTE:
* Primary renter must be present for the duration of the stay and provide a credit card
* CARD MUST BE IN NAME OF PERSON SIGNING THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.
* Prior to stay on which (2 days prior to check-in) a $500 damage deposit HOLD only will be run. Highly recommend guest use a valid credit card and not your bank card. Hold will be released after an uneventful stay (within 5 days after checkout).
* No smoking inside the property or parties allowed.
* Pets are NOT permitted.
* No 3rd party bookings.
Our rental contract includes full rules, but no surprises here. We ask guests to observe reasonable quiet hours, refrain from having extra guests, causing damage or misusing the Wi-Fi, and follow community rules like supervising children in public areas.
