This is a 2 BR, 2 BA 2nd floor condo located in Cape Coral in the Caloosahatchee area. Aqua Luxe was renovated in November 2022 (after Hurricane Ian) and is ready for you to enjoy. The outside of the building has a few repairs that are in progress and estimated date of completion is spring 2023. The pool is in working order and ready to enjoy.

**Nov 2022 - Our unit faired very well in the hurricane. The interior's necessary repairs have been taken care of and the condo is ready to rent.

*Stairs only, no elevator.*

Location:
We are just 1 Mile to Downtown Cape Coral with lots of bars, restaurants, billiards, karaoke, art studios, and more! Traffic noise comes with being so close to downtown, but we have provided noise canceling / blackout curtains and sound machines for both bedrooms.

Beaches:
2 miles to the beach at Cape Coral Yacht Club,
15 Miles to Sanibel Island,
13 Miles to Fort Myers Beach.

Outside:
Watch dolphins, manatees, turtles, and fish swim down the canal while enjoying your favorite cocktail at sunset.
The pool deck has a table with an umbrella if you want to eat by the pool.
Several adirondack chairs and lounge chairs available for use.
There is a screened-in balcony so you don't have to worry about bugs.

The living room features plenty of seating, a Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. an egg chair, a bar cart, and some games.

• The master has an attached bathroom with a stand-up shower.
• The guest bedroom closet is huge! *Please note that the closet in the master is a private, locked space but a dresser is provided.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the waterfront balcony. Sit by the pool in the evenings and watch the sunset while fishing. Lounge by the pool all day while reading one of our many books. Rent a boat and head to Sanibel Island right from the canal!

Our family really enjoyed our visit to Cape Coral and stay at this property!! Lauren was a wonderful host and very responsive. The location was great for us and the condo was as well. There were games for the kids which we played each night and everyone slept great. We will definitely be back!

The property was nice. We did see dolphins in the bay. The location was great it was about a 5-10 minute drive to the restaurants. Publix was a 2 minute walk. The traffic is loud when sitting on the back deck that was my only complaint. The condo is nice but the cleaners don’t do a good job. The king size pillows are old and stunk like urine. I wouldn’t stay there again only because I would rather rent a house.

Could’ve been better, could’ve been worse.
The apartment was very clean when we arrived. There weren’t any towels left out for us, and the common things I’ve received at any other VRBO. I’ve stayed at I did not receive here. Coffee pods, sugar, laundry pods, etc… the pool was green, and the filter sounded like it was about to blow, the thermostat wouldn’t maintain the temperature set on it. It was finally replaced while we were gone and it got set on 85. Lauren & Ryan were very good about communicating with me about the issues we were having. They did do what they could to resolve them.

Our stay was short, so we couldn’t take advantage of all the good things. - It was very enjoyable to watch the boats go up and down the canal while using the pool. If or when we ever get back to this area, we will definitely try to book this property.

Short weekend away
Great property. We arrived a bit early and host was very accomodating. Communication was on point. Gave us places to go eat and see. King size bed was very comfy. Great water pressure in the shower. K-Cup machine! Tv's in every room including balcony/laundry(lanai). Located on a canal. Very fun watching the boats. Pool area was nice. We didn't stay long enough to utilize kitchen(but all new appliances),grill area or washing machine but on point for that as well. I give this property a 9.5. Only downfall is property is located off of a busy street so you will hear traffic at night. Hosts get a 20+. I will definitely book again.

Great little condo

Quick Getaway
This was my first time in the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area. I would 100% come back to this VRBO. Lauren and Ryan were so responsive within a timely manner. They made sure it was like a home away from home. Even the neighbors were kind, welcoming, and giving us tips of places to go to. We loved the location, the pool and the canal view. We’d love to come back!! 5 stars all around.

Very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed having coffee overlooking the canal. Nicely decorated-comfortable beds- large TV’s! My only comment is the keypad entry actually takes about 8 seconds to lock/unlock rather than the 2/3 seconds in the instructions. I got worried the first time it didn’t work but held it longer the 2nd try and bingo!! Not to be meant as as a negative comment- just sharing information 😁 we’d absolutely stay again!! Thanks

We got to the Condo around 12 noon, exhausted, check in was 4pm. They were very accommodating and allowed us in early after the room had been cleaned. Felt like home-away-from home. Will stay with them again when in town. Thanks again Lauren!

My husband and I and our teenaged son stayed for a couple of nights during spring break. Everything was great with the property and it was nice to relax and watch boats go down the canal. Was also pretty easy to get over to downtown Fort Myers from there.

Loved it! We wanted a broom to sweep the floor for you! I left my hoodie but that was my fault!
Zero Problems! There was roof repair going on our last 2 days but they were very neat About it! It was easy for us to get to FM.B as our seasonal home is being rehabbed! We would definitely stay there again! My husband loved the bidet, we ordered the same one on Amazon!

We were in town for travel baseball needed something easy and convenient. This was the perfect spot. Very clean (recently renovated) and comfortable. Easy to access, everything they said in the review was correct. Everything worked and was nice to have phone chargers, extension cords, Keurig coffee, comfy beds, nice water pressure, and quality streamed large TVs. Will stay here again!!

This condo was perfect for what we needed. Clean, good neighborhood. Next to a busy road so some road noise but not bothersome. Has a pool and views of the canal. We even saw a manatee swim by!!
