Spectacular Sunsets with Waterfront Views

This wonderful vacation home has many features for your enjoyment starting with the heated, saltwater pool with a waterfall. The home is 2100 sf under air and has an open floor plan. The kitchen is designed for those who enjoy cooking, with a pot filler and double ovens. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an additional sitting room with views of the water. This house has a western exposure, so the sunsets on the canal are often spectacular! Lots of dining and sitting areas on the large lanai. The backyard is very private with lush, tropical landscaping. This home is convenient to shopping, dining, golf and many area attractions including islands, beaches and a waterpark. Much to love here! NOTE - This is a quaint, 30-year old home with old Florida charm. It is probably not the right fit if you generally prefer more contemporary properties. We note this only because we truly want our guests to enjoy their stay. Also, please be aware that there is a video camera above the garage door that allows security monitoring of the driveway and front door approach area.

Wonderful Home in Cape Coral
This home was spacious and beautifully decorated. From the moment you walk in, it feels like your home away from home. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. There is an enclosed porch overlooking the pool and canal. The outside pool area is nice and clean and has lots of seating to watch the beautiful sunsets. Mark is a wonderful host. He checked in with us and offered advice on what to do & where to eat. He also directed us to the best beaches in the area. (don't miss Siesta Key, it is worth the drive) Loved our stay!

Overall the property was outstanding. Quaint. Not at all like the newer properties. Was a home away from home. Just a short distance from Publix, Dollar Store, Target and more. Would recommend to others. Easy access to Veterans Parkway. Great place to stay. Very quite neighborhood.

The pictures looked nice on the website but it’s not what we got. Many different issues during the stay, some of which were addressed. Our exit document was in more detail. This house has so much potential but many problems need to be addressed to make it more appealing and livable.

Escape the winter in Minnesota
We drove down from Minnesota in early March. Stayed 25 nights. Our kids, their spouces and our grandkids joined us for the first week. Then our friends joined us for 5 days the third week. The grandkids lived in the pool, along with the rest of us. We grilled most nights and enjoyed the warm evenings poolside. We took the grandkids to Siesta Keys beach, which is a bit of a drive but well worth it. When it was just the two of us we found some great places to eat lunch/dinner or just have an appetizer and drink. Lobster Lady, Monkey Bar and Pinchers in Ft Meyers to name a few. We came home to a blizzard dumping 6+ inches of snow. Wished we had extended our stay another week or two. 😊

Nothing Short of Amazing
I must start out by saying the pictures do not do this property justice. From the moment we walked it, in felt like home. So spacious and welcoming. The views are amazing. Saw some wonderful sunsets. The pool was nice and clean. Very relaxing laying in the hammock and watching nature. We saw so many turtle heads popping out of the canal. Mark was very good at communicating! Checked in a few times to see if we needed anything and to give suggestions on places to eat. Lobster Lady is a MUST! So delicious! We were in town for baseball tournaments which was very convenient. Only 20-30 minutes to each area we needed to be. We will definitely look into this property if we are back next summer. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful house.

Amazing property and home
The home was spotlessly clean inside and nicely decorated. The yard, pool, and canal with sunset views were even better than the pictures can show. We only had a couple very MINOR issues (sometimes houses are a lot to keep up with and any homeowner should understand this) - and we had great communication with the manager and owner of the home, leaving us very content. We would LOVE to return. The setup of the home is also convenient and comfortable, good closet space, extra lounging areas, sinks separate from the toilet, etc. A bigger family could be very comfortable here for extended periods of time! Also there is currently a drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig, which I did not realize. So anyone who does not love Keurigs like myself, can rest easy ;)

What a fun place to stay! The views out back are amazing. You can see the sunset while relaxing in the hammock, sip your morning coffee under a forest of palm trees, swim in privacy with trees all around the pool area, and see wildlife come up to the dock. It’s truly a beautiful yard. The house is very unique. We enjoyed the different spaces to relax in. Lots of space for kids and parents to be able to spend time together and also get some time alone to reset. The owner was very attentive and truly wanted to make sure our stay was great! The dock boards are slightly loose, so I don’t recommend standing on it without being cautious but we sat on it a couple times. The umbrella and chairs were not on the dock (as pictured) but I assume that is why. Also, the fireplace over the waterfall doesn’t work but the views were beautiful even without it.

The home is spacious with an open concept kitchen and a great room that is adjacent to the large sunroom and pool. We ate many meals outside at the very private tropically enclosed lanai. The kitchen lacks for nothing. I brought many of my own items but didn't need them. This rental was well equipped.. Having two islands was perfect. Washer and dryer are oversized and easy to use. All the bedding was beautiful and top notch. Plenty of towels for bathing and pool. Main suite is very large and beautifully decorated. My husband used the main bedroom sunroom at his office for a month long stay.

A fun month in the sunshine
The house was located in a lovely residential area that promoted walking and biking. As it was on a canal, the view was pretty. The house had mostly everything you would need for away from home comfort. The beds were very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay in Cape Coral, FL and got to know the area very well.

Property owner great. Very responsive and helped with suggesting places to eat and other venues to visit. Great setting at the end of a canal. The pool was heated which was very nice given we rented in January and had some cooler days/nights.

Home Sweet Away From Home
We had our family stay here, 2 adults & 2 teens. Soon as we walked through the doors it felt cozy and welcoming, so much so my 16 year old daughter and I both agreed it felt like our “home sweet home - away from home.” We enjoyed the pool at anytime we wanted unlike at our hotel stays, the kitchen had all that we needed to satisfy our munchies and drink needs, the bedroooms were comfortable enough to give us all our own space if we wanted. My personal favorite was hanging out by the pool, on the dock or in the hammock and different times of the day and night to just get my much desired R&R. Shopping fir food or accessories was just a few minutes away. In final we would highly recommend this to anyone and we can’t wait to come back again! Happy Vacation Renters

I stayed at this property while playing in the Roy Hobbs World Series. It was nice to come back to a relaxing and private residence after the games. Nice to soak in the pool, or sit on the dock and have a beverage while the sun set.

The house was lovely but had several flaws. 1. ac did not cool entire house, only main room 2. landscaping and pool area needed a face lift 3. some items were broken, ie: toaster, bicycle, pool toys. 4. old food such as mustard/ mayo etc left from other people. 5. garage door loud and extremely noisy 6. Ice maker worked poorly. 7. Refrigerator beeped ona nd off for several days ( host neglected to inform us prior) 8. House was clean , beds were comfortable.

This property had everything you needed to never leave the while week. The home was beautifully decorated and there were so many places to enjoy. The outside was amazing especially the pool. My daughter loved all the lizards and geckos that came to visit every day.

House was very clean. Bed linen very clean either. We loved the pool area and the breathtaking sunset! Quick and easy communication with property's owner. My daughter ❤ to feed the turtles. Lots of space . Some cons :the bed matresses are in bad shape specially in the master bedroom. You can hear some noise coming from the main street specially @ rush hours. Overall a great stay!

Caloosahatchee stay
We visited Cape Coral to visit with our son and his family who just moved to North Fort Myers. Pictures of the house were spot on. Loved the numerous reading/lounging spots within the house when the normal summer afternoon rains came. Made great use of the salt water pool. Would definitely stay again.
