From all living rooms and also from the open kitchen, you can enjoy views of the large pool area with Jacuzzi, tropical garden and over the immediately adjacent saltwater canal across even to the Caloosahatchee River. Great Family Getaway

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. The house has a great layout that enabled us to enjoy both indoor and outdoor time. It was clean and nicely furnished. We did some fishing from the dock and spent lots of time in the pool! Itā€™s close to Sanibel Beaches and other activities. We would definitely recommend staying at this property!

Family get away

My husband,mom & sister and I spent last week in this beautiful house. We absolutely loved it. The weather wasnā€™t perfect. We had three days of rain. We were so thankful for this wonderful place. We watched a movie together,read books, and just enjoyed this wonderful home. And when the sun finally returned, we were in the pool,while my husband fished. It was perfect.Just a couple of suggestions,maybe a chair or stool in the two bedrooms,and a full length mirror somewhere in the house. We definitely want to return to this house, and rent a boat when the weather is more cooperative.Ralph was so kind and helpful. Th man who came to clean the pool was also very nice,and helpful. We loved Cape Coral and this house

Stunning Villa - simply breathtaking

We had an incredible vacation at this stunning villa in Cape Coral. Situated right on the water with a southern exposure, it offers sunshine and gorgeous views throughout the day. The villa is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you need. From the modern kitchen to the cozy bedrooms, every detail is designed for a perfect stay. The large pool is ideal for swimming and relaxing, making it perfect for families and friends. The communication with the owner was outstanding. Fantastic Stay!!

What a beautiful property! The entire stay exceeded all of our expectations! Our family of 4 enjoyed the gorgeous view, hot tub and pool everyday. We saw dolphins swimming and there was even a holiday boat parade! The house is exactly as described and the manager responded quickly to any needs. Will absolutely stay at the property again!!

Great location, convenient to restaurants, stores and only 3 minutes to the Yacht club beach. šŸ–ļø We enjoyed the house, top quality all new finishes, and furniture. The lanai and pool deck were great, saw dolphins, sunsets and enjoyed boats passing by.

Overdue family vacay

Location was great. We rented a boat and enjoyed getting out to the river quickly. The pool was wonderful whether jumping in after a boat ride, late night swims or watching boats come in and out during the day. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a great time - very relaxing.

This was our second time to stay at Villa Romantic. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at this 5 star property. Our first visit was pre hurricane and the home has since been updated and is extremely comfortable! The host, literally has everything that you need for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. This property truly is exceptional! Next time we're hoping to stay 3-4 weeks! Highly recommend.

Perfect getaway

If I could give 10 stars I would. What a beautiful home and location. The views are spectacular! I could sit outside for hours just looking at the water views, watching the dolphins play in the canal, the stingray feeding at night and watching all the different types of fish from the dock. We typically stay in Sanibel but because of the damage from the hurricane we chose to stay in Cape Coral. We were not disappointed. The location is great, close to all types of restaurants, shopping and the marina. And close enough to take a ride to Sanibel to support the open businesses. If the house was available in November, we wouldn't hesitate to go back. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. We are going to keep an eye on the availability and hopefully find a time to come back. Thank you for the memories.

Phenomenal Villa

If you are looking for the perfect waterfront vacation in Cape Coral, Florida, look no further than this phenomenal villa! From start to finish the experience was just amazing. The owner completely renovated and redecorated the entire house in early 2023 and the result is a space that is both tasteful and of high quality. You can tell that a lot of thought and care went into every detail. The villa is spacious and comfortable with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The beds are super comfy and inviting, and we all slept well every night. The pool and hot tub are spotlessly clean and well maintained, and we spent countless hours lounging in the sun and soaking in the refreshing waters. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a feast and we enjoyed several meals at home during our stay. One of the highlights of our trip was the daily visit of a friendly dolphin who greeted us in the channel every morning. It was a magical experience that we won't soon forget! And throughout our stay we felt well looked after by the property manager Ralph and the amazing host Hans and their hospitality made us feel at home. Overall, I cannot recommend this waterfront vacation villa enough. It really exceeded all of our expectations and we are already planning our return trip next year.

Can't wait to return

Home was perfect! Plenty of room. Property was as better as the pictures, very clean throughout and in a great location backing onto the waterway. Modern and recently renovated home with plenty of towels, blankets and kitchen full of all cooking supplies. Internet was strong and super fast. We stayed for 2 weeks and felt as though it was our own. House and pool was perfect. Lovely to barbecue in the evening and sit out under the Tikki hut. Fully equipped with everything you would need. I would recommend any family or individual to this home.

We are a regular VRBO travelers and would rate the Villa Romantic as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy drive to all the places we wanted to see. The house is lovely. Our first impression on arrival was that the house created a very professional and very clean impression. The house is very well stocked with kitchenware and cutlery, kitchen towel, bathroom supplies (soap/toilet roll) and towels which makes a huge difference to new arrivals. The bedrooms are all a great size. The view is stunning and the pool and lanai area with BBQ, which is wonderful, is where we spent most of our time. Unfortunately we did not see manatees or dolphins - although we rented a boat and saw dolphins on the way to Cabbage Key. The location is great and we enjoyed playing tennis and visiting some of the restaurants recommended by Hans. Hans and Ralph were so easy to deal with and that makes a difference to renters. We highly recommend a holiday at this villa.

Relaxing stay and great location

After booking this trip prior to covid, then having the disappointment of delaying it for two years due to travel restrictions. It was a great relief to find the property as we expected, in a good condition and great area. The kids loved the pool and we loved sitting out under the tiki hut enjoying the amazing view. In summary we had a great relaxing time.

Property was everything we imagined. Views were awesome. Easy access to river, boat rental was great. GPS worked great. Only complaint would be the hot tub and hot water in the house. With us paying for the electricity which I have no problem with, water heater needs to be turned up. Hot tub temperature needs to be warmer. Property manager should ask the guests their preferred temp on the hot tub and adjust accordingly. Would definitely come back and stay here again.
