Pleasant resort in quiet village. Includes shuttle to and from the ferry. Friendly and helpful staff. Bedroom, bathroom and corridor permanently dusty. Continuous smell of cigarette smoke through air conditioning. Overall we would stay again if on Capraia.

Cold! Staff arranged for electric heater.
Great staff, bad breakfast -- rubber eggs and fake bacon-equivalent. Coffee from a vending type machine, but waiter will make you a real cappuccino upon request. Limited fruit selection, high sugar bread items. Even the muesli had junk pieces of sweetened cereal and chocolate in it. Bread for toasting was similar to Wonder Bread.

Incredible setting
There aren't many hotels on Capraia, this was a great option on the edge of the Paese. Generous free breakfasts and lovely, helpful staff. We would love to return.

Sono stato in vacanza presso questa struttura molto soddisfatto , ambiente bello pulito ed accogliente , non si presta come un hotel ma come descritto un resort , perché è collocato in un sistema che da tranquillità agli ospiti anche se la struttura era quasi al completo. Le stanze grandi accoglienti , nel mio caso ben arieggiate da finestre e spaziosa. Quando arrivato sono stato subito accolto da personale gentilissimo sempre disponibile , la colazione continentale ma abbondante , la piscina è collocata in una bellissima zona , resort vista porto e mare come descritto , una bella spiaggia privata visto che poi l’isola spiagge non ne a , però troppo alti i costi giornalieri per le sdraio e ombrelloni per gli ospiti della struttura. Raccomanderei la direzione di segnalare che quando si arriva con il traghetto c’è un pulmino per gli ospiti che serve per raggiungere il resort senza fare la strada a piedi e con valige. Buona vacanza a tutti chi va Capraia isola tranquilla e accogliente Giuliano

L`albergo potrebbe essere il più bello dell'isola ma la gestione lascia tanto a desiderare. (sappiamo che ci sono gravi problemi finanziari). Pulizia della camera perfetta, cura degli esterni ma colazione PESSIMA con ingredienti e cibo terribili a tal punto di preferire la colazione al bar.

Grazioso Albergo Ottimo sistema di navetta dal porto all'albergo, personale sempre gentile. Qualche pecca sulle camere (alcune hanno una vista limitata sul mare) ma nel complesso un soggiorno gradevole.

L'Hotel si trova in una buona posizione e gode di una bella vista sul mare. Carina la zona piscina e la "spiaggia" è piccola ma ben attrezzata. Qalche nota negativa riguarda la stanza. Ho soggiornato in una camera al piano terra e l'umidità si percepiva parecchio soprattutto nell'odore. Inoltre, il sistema di areazione presentva qualche problema in quanto spesso è capitato che per pochi secondi si azionasse una ventola rumorosissima, il che non era proprio piacevolissimo soprattutto di notte. La colazione abbondante ma standard. Personale cordiale e disponibile.

Siamo stati due notti nel ponte del 1 maggio nel Resort La Mandola ed abbiamo riscontrato diversi problemi: gli edifici hanno all'esterno ed all'interno forte bisogno di ristrutturazione. Durante la prima notte una perdita d'acqua dal sistema di condizionamento ci ha svegliati alle 4.30 del mattino anche se poi il personale si è prodigato per sistemare il tutto entro la sera successiva. Il secondo giorno invece un guasto alle caldaie ci ha costretti ad una doccia semi fredda non molto piacevole. Abbiamo ricevuto le scuse del personale ed uno sconto sul soggiorno ma al momento non penso ritornerei in questa struttura.

Mancano i presidi antincendio
Abbiamo alloggiato una sola notte. L'isola è meravigliosa ed un hotel 4 stelle sarebbe stato ideale. Hotel in ottima posizione però: - Acqua della doccia tiepida - Puzza di gasolio probabilmente proveniente dalla centrale termica - Lavandino che perde - Televisione che non si spegne se non staccando la spina - Aria condizionata che non si spegne - Aperitivo di inizio stagione alle 19,34 tutto finito (con invito per le 19,30) - Piscina non funzionante Forse sono solo piccole cose, ok, ma da un 4 stelle.... Ma la cosa che più mi ha preoccupato è il fatto che mancano tutti i presidi antincendio: sono state rimosse le manichette antincendio, non ci sono estintori, ecc. e trovo che sia inammissibile una situazione simile, soprattutto su un isola dove in caso di bisogno, i Vigili del Fuoco ci mettono almeno 2 ore ad arrivare da Livorno! E' inammissibile, non a norma ed estremamente pericoloso

Il TOP a Capraia
Direi il miglior Resort di Capraia! Da migliorare da un punto di vista dell'arredamento la zona con le panche in legno e rendere più pro-attivo il servizio Bar vicino alla Reception. Per quanto riguarda Cortesia, Pulizia e posizione direi tutto fantastico. Non ultimo punto, ha la piscina!

Ottima sistemazione, colazione da migliorare
Il resort gode di un ottima posizione e la struttura è nuova e pulita. Personale gentile e professionale. Ottimo il servizio navetta da e per il porto, sebbene l'abbia scoperto solo per il ritorno in quanto non era specificato da nessuna parte il pick-up al porto, ne l'hotel ha inviato una comunicazione per informare. Piscina piccolina, ma perfetta per il relax serale vista anche la presenza del bar. Colazione su una meravigliosa terrazza sul mare, ma non all'altezza del posto. Al limite della sufficienza. Non c'è frutta fresca, succhi scadenti e un buffet molto limitato. C'è il ristorante, ma non l'ho provato. Camera spaziosa e bagno grande.

Ottima per una vacanza a contatto con la natura.
Abbiamo trascorso una piacevolissima settimana in luglio presso il resort La mandola. La struttura è molto bella e confortevole e, magnificamente ubicata appena sotto il paese, gode di una splendida vista. Tutto il personale, senza eccezione alcuna, è stato estremamente cortese e disponibile. La piscina di acqua salata ci ha offerto la possibilità di trascorrere qualche ora in completo relax quando desideravamo rallentare il ritmo dei giri in barca o a piedi. L'isola infatti non ha spiagge e ciò obbliga i visitatori a optare per la barca o il gommone o a spostarsi a piedi per raggiungere le varie calette, più o meno vicine dal paese e tutte scogliose.
