Staff very friendly and felt like a nice villa. Bed was not comfortable as you can feel the bumps like laying on foam. Its a long walk to this location unless you know the walking stairs pathway but it is uphill lots of steps. Noisy with all the traffic on the road. Great view! Pool was a little cold. Bus stop near by but it will most likley be full as we were passed 3 times and ended up paying 25 euro for taxi. You cannot get a taxi to stop at this hotel you need to walk up to capri city center. Ok for price

Beautiful spot , room is nice . Very clean and well kept. Front staff were very helpful . Convenient to walk up to center of town from hotel however will need taxi from marina to hotel if have luggage as too many steps .

We loved our stay! It was close to the Center and everything was very walkable but the bus is also an option close by. They also had a pool! The staff was friendly and we would definitely stay here again !:)

Jacopo gave us a warm welcome and providedneeded info for our stay. We stayed in the "Vespa" room, which was a charming space with a spacious bathroom. While the room was equipped and pleasant, it seemed to be in need of some maintenance, particularly the furniture and bathroom. Although our room didn't offer a view, I believe that other rooms provide a good view of either the sea or the mountains. Overall, it's a beautiful place and I highly recommend it.

Arrived and there was no toilet paper or soap etc. Told them the next day and they said they check the rooms twice so basically said we were lying and didn't provide any. Manager was extremely confrontational and rude. Worst customer service ever. We left the next day. He turned a simple issue into a heated argument and handled the situation terribly. Instead of providing toilet paper he refused to accept there wasn't any. Clearly the owner/manager has an ego issue. Paid $500 a night for a sub standard hotel as if we would try to steal $0.50 paper. Find somewhere better. Also breakfast are stale pastries.

Great service and kind faces. But Air conditioning cooling was a big challenge… it’s sad but it didn’t ruin our vacation. We would strongly recommend the owner upgrade the cooling system in this room.

Great location and super lovely staff. The person who greeted us told us all about the area and gave great recommendations. Our boat was late and they were very understanding. The room was really clean and well-stocked. The bathroom had nice shampoos and body washes which was useful. The hotel is also really close to the main square and easy to find. Only three small issues for us: 1) The room was quite small so we were glad to only be there for one night. 2) Breakfast was mostly very, very sweet options such as cakes. 3) The fridge in the room was really noisy and woke us up a few times. But overall we had a good stay!
