South Seas Lands End 1610

South Seas Lands End 1610 is a truly unique vacation rental condominium featuring over 2400 sq ft of space with 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms and a den. This property is for guests that are a bit more selective on where they choose to stay. Our property has a luxury coastal feel and has 2 bedrooms on the main level (both queen beds). The bedroom closest to the water has an en-suite bathroom. The living room, dining area and kitchen are all open and luxurious. There is a deck with comfortable seating and water views out to the Gulf of Mexico, Bay and Pine Island Sound. Upstairs is the primary suite and den with sleeper sofa. The primary suite features a queen bed looking directy out onto the water with en-suite bathroom that has a large soaking tub and walk in shower. Amenities at Lands End include a heated pool, hot tub and tennis court. Easy walk over to the beach over the golf course walkway. While you won't have resort amenity access, you are saving 20-50% compared to resort rates, never pay a resort fee and get to choose your unit. Five night minimum stay required and 6 guests maximum occupancy.
