Furthermore, guests will fall in love with the modern appointments and convenience this residence offers, ranging from new Smart TVs to a fully equipped kitchen and multiple bathrooms (one en-suite and one hallway), making it practical for entire families to vacation here in a comfortable manner.

The Space:
This space is a one bedroom, two bathroom Bayside Villa featuring a fully equipped kitchen, enclosed lanai, and sleeping arrangements for up to six guests. The master bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and large vanity with granite countertops. The bedroom features ample closet space and a large flatscreen Smart TV. As the pictures detail, the enclosed lanai also functions as a quasi-bedroom and can be shut off from the rest of the unit using the plantation shutter partition. This space features a queen sleeper sofa and flatscreen smart TV. Guests will also find a queen sized murphy bed deploys from the living room area and provides the comfort and convenience of a real mattress without the loss of space associated with one. The guest bathroom is located in the hallway just off of the kitchen to the left (if looking at the photo facing the kitchen and dining island). This bathroom features a shower/tub combination and vanity with granite countertop and is designed to function as a bathroom for guests sleeping in the living room and enclosed lanai.

Guest Access:
While this complex has finalized hurricane remediation efforts and is ready to host its first visitors, there may still be construction happening in the area and within South Seas Resort. There may be workers, trailers and trucks in the parking lot, construction activity and some noise, but there will not be any construction inside the unit or in areas that that will directly affect guests ability to access the beach, pool, or stairs. Building elevators are out of order and are expected to be available in early 2024. Please message us prior to booking if you require elevator access and we can confirm if the elevators are available at that time.

Included in the rental of this unit is the use of the many amenities at the Bayside Villas complex, including a heated pool, spa, grill and cooking area, communal laundry room, as well as all South Seas beaches and grounds. The unit is located within a ten minute walk to downtown Captiva Village where one can enjoy great dining at the Keylime Bistro, Mucky Duck, and more! No need to drive!

Access to greater resort amenities such as the pool on the opposite end or the South Seas lounge chair area is not included. We provide beach gear that guests can use during their stay.

The Neighborhood:

Getting Around:
Bikes or golf cart recommended. Rental car not needed unless travel beyond downtown Captiva is planned.

Other Things to Note:
Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement and liability waiver. This is a non-smoking property, on the premises or balcony.
