The kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances includes a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink, dishwasher, large wrap around island with seating for 4, perfect for entertaining and brings everyone together in the heart of this home. Also, includes a large outdoor Hot Tub and an attached 2 stall garage.. 4-wheel drive is mandatory during the winter months and recommended year round.

-NOTE: Please be advised that an additional person charge of $15.49 will apply, starting from the 7th person onwards.

-You will be required to submit a copy of your ID (front and back) upon confirmation of your booking. The ID has to match the name on the reservation.

-Parking Rules: Free Parking. 4-Wheel Drive is Mandatory during Winter Months

-Check-in time: 4:00PM. Check-out time: 10:00AM

-Early check-in/late checkout may be granted depending on availability with an additional cost.

In the months of October and November, it is the breeding season for flies. You may notice a higher number of both dead and living flies. Please note that this is a common occurrence in the mountain area of Black Hills during this season.
