O imóvel é excelente, muito grande e bem equipado, tem muitos colchões, não tive problemas em relação a espaço! Condominio muito tranquilo e seguro, passamos o ano novo de 2022 na residência e foi espetacular! O Sr. Wilson é uma pessoa excelente, proprietário muito tranquilo e muito bom de negociar, diferente de muitos que tive contato antes de fechar esse imóvel. O unico ponto negativo é a ausencia de wifi, fez muita falta porque a rede da claro não funciona e é justamente a minha operadora, apesar disso, foi tudo perfeito! Obrigada pela estadia e até a próxima
