Exclusive and charming villa with an incredible view of the lake. Villa Visina is located in a quiet area of ​​a small and beautiful town, called Carate Urio. It is the perfect place to relax, have an aperitif or take a swim in the pool, all while facing a spectacular view of the other side of the lake.

This villa consists of two floors and a dependance with separate entrance. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large living room with terrace. Furthermore, for your moments of relaxation, you can take advantage of the reading room, which consists of an attic study. The external area is characterized by a splendid swimming pool and a solarium area, complete with sun loungers and a large garden. The night lighting will guarantee a unique atmosphere. Charming property
We stayed here for a quieter experience, and it was worth it! It is in a fantastic location—walkable to Laglio, and just a few minutes’ drive to Como or Tremezzo. The kitchen is well-equipped and allowed me to make some nice meals, which we enjoyed on the terrace. The views and the pool are exceptional! The only suggestion is to update the bathrooms a little. Overall, this was a real highlight of our stay in Lake Como.
