The AC unit was not able to cool the space, we couldn’t sleep in the bedroom, had to use the pull out couch near the AC unit. Still very hot and damp. A long walk to restaurants and services.

Horrible! Low quality furniture, bed was like a rock. The AC wasn't even hooked up. We didn't stay.
The worst experience of my life. The woman who met us to give us the key was 45 minutes late and did not speak any English. The apartment smelled of urine. The quality of the furniture was pitiful. Hard foam, couch was so old and worn they covered it with a sheet, the bed mattress was as hard as a board. The AC had never been hooked up and with the 82 degree days and humidity it was impossible to stay. We left and called the owner and he knew enough English to say "you don't need air conditioning - its not even hot". The rest of our frustrating conversation was him saying "no speak English" over and over. I hung up the phone and we found somewhere else to stay. Tried to contact VBRO and we were told to go back in and take pictures of the non working AC but that was impossible since we had already left the apartment, returned the keys to the woman who met us there. The whole experience was scary, frustrating, and so disappointing. I feel like VBRO should have been much more helpful.

buenas playas sin aglomeraciones
el apartamento bien,pero con el calor que hace ultimamente se necesitaria aire acondicionado en la habitacion,solo hay en el salon y al ser el apartamento lineal el dormitorio no se refresca,el ventilador de techo no es suficiente y hace ruido la cadenita al chocar con el eje

El apartamento está situado en un lugar perfecto para ir andando a la playa a escasos 5 minutos. Es bonito y funcional para las necesidades básicas Lo único malo es el wifi, no va muy bien. Por lo demás muy bien todo. Recomendable.

Nette Wohnung in Wohnanlage
Die Wohnung liegt in einer Wohnanlage. Das Meer ist fußläufig zu erreichen und sauber. Zu der Wohnung gehört auch ein Parkplatz in einer Tiefgarage. Leider war das Geschirr und einige Küchengeräte stark verschmutzt. Uns hat auch ein Wäscheständer oä gefehlt, wo wir die Wäsche bzw Badesachen trocknen können. Für ein kurzen Aufenthalt reicht es völlig aus.

Apartamento bien ubicado, a 1 minuto escaso de la playa. Cerca de restaurantes y monumentos. Paloma un encanto y nos recomiendo lugares para comer. Si tenemos que decir, que la limpieza del apartamento, para nada fue buena, encontramos incluso una mascarilla usada. Los utensilios de cocina muy desgastados, microondas muy sucio y la ropa de cama, algunas con bastantes manchas y mantas que olían muy mal

Estupendo piso en la playa
Apartamento a unos metros de la playa. La casa es muy funcional (ventiladores en dormitorio y salón, cocina equipada y práctica, buen colchón) y la finca es muy tranquila (se duerme de maravilla, no hay ruidos de vecinos). La ubicación es ideal: se puede bajar caminando a la playa. Según sople el viento, se puede ir a unas playas u otras, todas maravillosas (Algarrobico, Aguamarga, Los muertos, etc.) y poco masificadas (atención a las corrientes, en algunas no hay socorrista). Supermercados cercanos (La tienda de Ana y Coviran). Recepción, disponibilidad y despedida estupendas; los propietarios están disponibles si necesitas algo. Apuesta segura si se busca un piso funcional en una zona de playa apartada del turismo masivo.

Asunto oli siisti,omistaja ystävällinen vaikka päästin vasta 16.30 asuntoon. Ilmastointi oli vähän erillainen kuin kuvittelin oli erillinen ilmastointilaite,putki ulos ikkunasta joten sieltäkin tuli melua ja makuuhuoneessa vaan katossa pyörivä joten ikkuna auki ja kuumaa oli.Muuten kaikki oli hyvin varusteltu.Suosittelen kyllä etenpäin. KIITOS Marcos ja Paco.

El alojamiento es como dice el anuncio. Bastante bien , la localización es perfecta , lugar tranquilo . El único inconveniente es la plaza de aparcamiento que la última noche la ocuparon ,supongo que por error . Por lo demás una estancia perfecta en un apartamento muy bueno. Repetiremos si es posible

die wohnung liegt ruhig, gut erreichbar, in dem ort.da sie eine wohnanlage ist (eher für ferien)wirkte sie sehr still(wir waren im oktober da)..alles was wir benötigten,war vorhanden...super strände,gut mit dem auto zu erreichen....unkomplizierter kontakt mit dem vermieter...

Tiene todo lo necesario, cómoda y agradable. Muy cerca de la playa. Zona tranquila. Amplio párking. Anfitriones muy amables. La única pega sería que no tiene terraza ni WiFi. Cabo de Gata es espectacular, unas muy buenas vacaciones.
