Great location, comfortable villa
The villa is in a great location for exploring the Medoc and all it has to offer. Arcachon Bay and Bordeaux are both within easy reach. I would recommend taking the tram to Bordeaux. The property is not luxurious but it does offer spacious comfortable accommodation with a great wrap-around garden. The 2 large sofas for relaxing on of an evening while watching the massive TV is great. The owner is very friendly and helpful and met us on arrival to show us around the villa and kindly offered to arrange a boat trip for us. Overall we had a great short break.

Tolles Haus mit fantastischer Veranda
Tolles Haus, das innen und aussen viel Platz bietet, mit viel AtmosphƤre. Einzig die Betten sind fĆ¼r ein Paar etwas klein (alle nur 140cm). BettwƤsche und BadtĆ¼cher muss man mitnehmen. Ansonsten perfektes Haus um entspannt Urlaub zu geniessen

La maison est agrĆ©able mais nous avons dĆ» refaire un grand nettoyage avant de pouvoir nous installer Ć  notre arrivĆ©e. Les couettes sont trĆØs lĆ©gĆØres et ne sont pas doubles malgrĆ© des lits en 140. Nous avons difficilement trouvĆ© 3 verres Ć  vin au milieu dā€™une vaisselle disparate. Enfin, le sol avec le jonc de mer dĆ©chirĆ© partout donne une impression vraiment nĆ©gligĆ©e de la maison. Ces dĆ©fauts ne nous ont pas empĆŖchĆ©s de passer un trĆØs bon sĆ©jour. La rĆ©gion est magnifique et la maison est bien situĆ©e.

Maison plutĆ“t spacieuse, et bien placĆ©e dans un environnement calme. Les 3 chambres sont assez agrĆ©ables (mĆŖme si lors de notre sĆ©jour un volet roulant Ć©tait bloquĆ©) Le propriĆ©taire est avenant, il faut savoir quā€™il campe dans un coin du jardin, il est donc rĆ©actif et disponible et reste malgrĆ© tout discret. Il faut noter aussi que le terrain nā€™est pas clĆ“turĆ© attention Ć  vos enfants, mais la route Ć  proximitĆ© est peu passante. Pour finir, les volumes sont intĆ©ressants mais il y a quelques finitions Ć  finaliser ou Ć  reprendre. (Je vous souhaite aussi dā€™inciter pour faire lā€™Ć©tat des lieux en arrivant, cela Ć©vite de potentiels problĆØmes et discussions par la suite, finalement bien terminĆ© dans notre cas) Le bilan de notre sĆ©jour sur carcans est positif, nous avons vraiment apprĆ©ciĆ© la proximitĆ© avec le lac et la mer. Une belle destination en famille

Suite sĆ©jour de 3 semaines, la maison est bien situĆ©e dans Carcans ville, trĆØs proche des commerces et Ć  10 min du Lac en voiture. Son emplacement est trĆØs calme, peu de voitures passent, avec un trĆØs beau jardin paysager, les tuyas permettent d'ĆŖtre isolĆ© de l'exterieur. La maison est confortable, trĆØs propre, les dĆ©corations interieures et exterieures sont trĆØs rĆ©ussis et agrĆ©ables, la terrasse exterieure trĆØs pratique permet de manger dehors mĆŖme en cas de pluie. Le sĆ©jour est trĆØs beau et bien Ć©quipĆ©, la cuisine ouverte avec le bar est vraiment sympa mais les rangements manquent un peu. Les chambres sont agrĆ©ables, il manque Ć©galement des rangements. Le sĆ©jour a Ć©tĆ© trĆØs agrĆ©able, la communication avec le propriĆ©taire Ć©tait trĆØs bonne, je recommande cette maison :)

Pour la maison de Carcans
La maison est trĆØs agrĆ©able Ć  vivre, le jardin et la terrasse sont trĆØs apprĆ©ciables, l'environnement est calme et les commerces de base sont vraiment proches. Le fait qu'il n'y ait qu'une salle de bain peut ĆŖtre un peu gĆŖnant d'autant plus qu'elle est ouverte sur une chambre (un rideau permet de fermer).

nice house bringing you in that surfin safari mood rapidly. Location is ideal: supermarket, bakery around the corner. Surf spots, surf shops/rental/repair in a 15 min drive distance. A lot of space in and around the house. We (family of 4) had a great stay. Thanks Didier!
