Parfait pour des vacances en famille
Belle location Ć  la campagne avec vue magnifique de la terrasse et sur les PyrĆ©nĆ©es de la cour. Grande piscine et exterieur trĆØs bien Ć©quipĆ©s, plusieurs salons de jardin, transats, barbecue et plancha. La maison aurait besoin d'un petit coup de jeune mais le sympathique accueil des propriĆ©taires et les petites attentions gustatives font oublier ce detail.

Nous avons passĆ© des vacances fantastiques !!! Une maison de campagne confortable dans un quartier charmant. La maison est Ć©quipĆ©e de tout pour vivre comme dans votre propre appartement. Les vĆ©ritables œuvres d'art de Michel et Cyril nous regardent de tous les murs. Les meubles sont de vĆ©ritables antiquitĆ©s et peuvent ĆŖtre utilisĆ©s normalement. La maison est entourĆ©e d'une nature prĆ©servĆ©e. Les PyrĆ©nĆ©es ont l'air de loin. Il n'y a pas de civilisation bruyante autour de nous. Il y a le silence, la paix, la nature ... Mais la valeur la plus importante de cet endroit est Michel et son fils. Ils crĆ©ent l'atmosphĆØre de ce lieu. Nous n'avons jamais rencontrĆ© une telle hospitalitĆ© et ouverture. Ces personnes donnent leur coeur Ć  leurs invitĆ©s. Rien ne peut le remplacer. Cette atmosphĆØre nous a touchĆ©s tout au long de notre sĆ©jour. Traumhafte Ruhe in lƤndlicher Umgebung
Wir (2 Erwachsene, drei Teenager) hatten das groƟe GlĆ¼ck, dieses Haus noch sehr kurzfristig fĆ¼r 14 Tage im Juli 2019 mieten zu kƶnnen. Alles hat gepasst: genug Raum fĆ¼r alle (jedes Kind ein Zimmer); verschiedene RĆ¼ckzugsmƶglichkeiten im AuƟenbereich, je nach Tageszeit und Sonnenstand passend; ein recht groƟer Pool (ca. 11 m lang), der wirklich erfrischend war und auch zum Bahnenschwimmen taugt; Schatten ist immer zu finden, auch wenn die Schirme aufgrund des Windes nicht immer geƶffnet werden kƶnnen; insgesamt ist es sehr windig, aber deshalb ist das Haus ja auch eine ehemalige MĆ¼hle, Vorteil: auch bei hohen Temperaturen ist es immer angenehm. KĆ¼che ist gut ausgestattet. Drei BƤder stehen zur VerfĆ¼gung. Insgesamt waren Haus und GrundstĆ¼ck grĆ¶ĆŸer als wir erwartet hatten. Das Haus ist mit Kunstwerken der Vermieter ausgestattet, was wir sehr ansprechend und individuell und auch gemĆ¼tlich fanden. Ɯberhaupt die Vermieter: Monsieur Marin wohnt nebenan, ist KĆ¼nstler und ein ausgesprochen angenehmer, aufmerksamer und interessanter Mensch, wie auch sein Sohn Cyril, der Fotograf ist. Beide waren zurĆ¼ckhaltend und daran interessiert, uns die Zeit so schƶn wie mƶglich zu machen, bei Fragen aber immer erreichbar. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche sehenswerte Orte. Neben Carcassonne ist Mirepoix mit seinem wunderschƶnen Marktplatz sehr zu empfehlen; Foix mit seiner imposanten Burg; die steinzeitlichen Hƶhlen der Umgebung (wir waren in Niaux, vorreservieren!); sehr lohnenswert auch die Fahrt auf dem unterirdischen Fluss von Labouiche. Der Strand von Narbonne ist 1,5 Stunden entfernt. Auch schƶne Fahrten in die PyrenƤen, die man vom Haus aus sieht, sind natĆ¼rlich mƶglich. Wer es mag: dadurch, dass der nƤchste grĆ¶ĆŸere Ort ein ganzes StĆ¼ck weg ist, hat man nachts einen wunderbaren Sternenhimmel. Zum Einkauf ist das Auto erforderlich (Villefranche ca. 18 km). Zum BƤcker sind es 6 km nach Salles-sur-l'Hers. Aber das kann man gut mit AusflĆ¼gen verbinden. ErwƤhnen sollte man noch, dass dies nicht die allertouristischste Gegend ist. Das ist durchaus angenehm, fĆ¼hrt aber dazu, dass selbst an vielbesuchten Orten oft nur Franzƶsisch gesprochen wird (auch kein Englisch). Grundlegende Franzƶsischkenntnisse schaden also nicht. Insgesamt also absolut empfehlenswert!!!
