The hotel was immaculate, really well maintained, staff we so friendly and helpful in every area of the hotel! The only thing was the aircon wouldn't work and it was too warm in room 309 but everything else was perfect thank you!

They provided biscuits along with tea and coffee in the room. Their shopping high street is a short walk away so very convenient and the swimming pool and spa facilities were great. The gym was great and had everything we needed. The room was clean and the staff were lovely. The only complaint is they put my ice cream in their kitchen freezer as the room fridge did not have a freezer section and the chef threw it away! So don’t bring ice cream in the hotel to have for later.
