Very happy with our stay. The girl at the front desk was very helpful, especially since we didnā€™t start with a reservation. Our room was clean, very quiet, spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Great breakfast. Absolutely stay here again our next trip thru Carlsbad.

The breakfast was nice and the facilities were very clean and modern, which is something that we like. We had a 3 night stay- I Did not expect clean bedding, but I did expect the trash to be emptied and clean towels left in the room without having to request them each day.

door on the side of hotel wont open with key card. staff said she forgot to tell me they have problem with that. tv remote wonā€™t work, staff replaced it and still wonā€™t work. used the buttons behind the tv instead. i reported big scratch on tv screen. the room is conveniently located on first floor next to the hotel door and near parking. breakfast is quite good.

property was easily accessible from the main road. the bad: furniture- sofa bed was torn, cushions were of no comfort, arm chairs looked old and dirty. restroom tile was broken and lifting up so much that the door would squeak from the bottom rubbing on the tile. tub faucet leaked the whole time. half the room was leaning to the south, drawers on tv stand would not stay closed. pool looked dirty and unusable.
