Beautiful Villa near the sea with all comforts.
There are 3 verandas, in stone and wood, the garden is enchanting, the oval-shaped swimming pool is 11 meters long and 6 meters wide but there is also a perfect beach to enjoy the sun in the dry bath.
The villa is equipped with a heated floor system for the winter with independent thermostats for each room and bathrooms included.
The air conditioning system is also independent in each room.
There are 4 bedrooms for 8 adults, and each room has its own private bathroom with shower.
From the kitchen and the living room you can see the magnificent swimming pool and the garden.
The property is completely fenced with a high boundary wall, it is safe and out of sight, equipped with a controlled alarm and connected from the outside with 3 private car parks inside, you can enjoy maximum privacy.
The sea is just 300 meters down the road, a 3 minute walk.

Relaxed and family friendly
This 4 bed villa suited our young family perfectly. The bedrooms are generously sized and close enough that we could relax outside in safe knowledge that we could hear the kids if needed. The outside lounge was incredible for offering much needed shade to play during the hottest hours and the owners could not have been more helpful in kitting us out with high chairs, cots and plastic crockery. But the highlight is the swimming pool where the large shallow section offered a paddling pool vibe to our 1 year old and helped our 4 year old grow in confidence in the water.

Beautiful week in Puglia
Very functional and beautiful house. Outside terrace well appointed for diners and evenings. Lots of space. Availability of host Rino, perfect. Definitely recommend this property, perfectly located to explore the wonders of Puglia: short car distances everywhere. 500 m to beach. Would go again

Fantastic villa
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. Really great large pool set back from the villa which was perfect for my 3 year old son to get confidence in the water. Quiet area but walkable to the beach. Good location to base ourselves to explore Puglia. Very friendly and helpful owner. Highly recommend .

La proprieta' e' sicuramente attrattiva per la struttura e per la disponibilita' di una splendida piscina privata. La zona purtroppo non e' all'altezza della proprieta'. Molta poca cura delle spiagge che impedisce la fruizione di una esperienza che potrebbe essere unica.
Sicuramente ci sono margini di miglioramento nei servizi forniti (WI-FI purtroppo pessimo, necessiterebbe di una linea dedicata; interni da curare; condizionamento da rendere piu' funzionale considerando le elevate temperature).
