Disliked: Amenities
I recently stayed at this Holiday Inn Expressand unfortunately, it did not live up to the standards I’ve come to expect from this brand. While I typically enjoy staying at Holiday Inn properties, this experience fell far short of expectations.
Location
The hotel is not ideally situated, with limited access to nearby attractions or dining options. For the price, I anticipated a more convenient or desirable location.
Price
Speaking of price, the rate felt significantly overpriced for what was offered. For the cost, I expected far better amenities, service, and overall quality.
Noise Levels
One of the most frustrating aspects of my stay was the noise. I could hear every footstep from the room above, which made it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. Better soundproofing is a must.
Cleanliness
Housekeeping left much to be desired. The room felt barely cleaned, and I was particularly disappointed to find the toilet dirty upon arrival. Such lack of attention to hygiene is unacceptable.
Overall Experience
This stay was far from the dependable quality that Holiday Inn typically delivers. For the high price, poor housekeeping, subpar location, and excessive noise, I can’t recommend this hotel. I hope improvements are made to bring it up to the standard Holiday Inn guests expect.
